    WORST SERVICE EVER!!! My iPhone 13 pro screen cracked, so I went to this service centre asking for information. Then one of the unprofessional employees asked me to make an appointment without checking whether my phone can be repaired or not. After a week of waiting, once again I brought my phone to the service centre. The screws must be taken out in order to repair the screen. Funny thing is after payment and removed the screen protector, only they found out one of the screw had rusted and they refused to remove it and asked me to buy a new phone instead. What is this xx . Premium service provider canโ€™t handle a tiny little rusty screw? WHAT A JOKE!!!

    What a "PERFECT" service, wait for one hour and just skip my turn just because "SYSTEM JUST SHOW OUT YOU REFERENCE NUMBER" ! what if I didn't show out and tell the staff that I register after the girls???? Then I need to wait until the shop close their bussiness??????And one staff with many customers????????

    Please reconsider if you wish to buy any product from Switch especially when unluckily your product is mulfuction & need for warranty, their after sales service is so bad recent year. Have a broken 12 Pro Max and it's been 4 months I cannot bring in due to need appointment but until now warranty is 1 month from expiring but still failed to bring in. Understand that appointment needed due to serious Covid-19 case & temporarily shut down in June & I have to sacrifice some period. But now knowing most of the other brand service centres already can walk in except them. Almost never answering phone call, then only to say will call you later after stating your issue but no more response ever since, and this is the 6th time they are repeating same move since then. Wondering what Apple would think if they know they have authorized such a bad reseller & service provider to carry their products.

    My M1 Mac has internet connectivity issue. I brought it to Switch Bay Avenue. Upon 2 weeks of waiting, they couldnโ€™t fix it and told me that, the product just burnt out. Therefore, I brought it to Machines Northpoint Mid Valley. Machines solved it out within 4 hours and saying that, it is a very common firmware issue.

    Sent my iphone 12 to StationFix.com in Sungai Dua and this scam shop cheated RM300 not even open my iphone at all. Wasted my time for 4 months with my iphone kept by the money cheater at StationFix.com Sungai Dua. Came to this Switch center and found out that StationFix.com never repair my iphone and only cheated my money. Don't go to StationFix.com Sungai Dua because its a scam shop. In Switch Service Center, after 3 weeks got my iphone fixed and working good now. Have to go to the right center to repair Apple products.

    Anyone going to visit to repair for iPad, please take note. They only offer for repair if buy their AppleCare / under warranty. I don't understand if so why don't put it on their website, still allow user to have those selection if their iPad is out of warranty. ๐Ÿ‘Ž You are welcome to walk in without appointment, you need registered yourself with the iMac. The waiting area looking like clinicโ€ฆ and they will call up your name when it is your turn. And there is magazine for you to read as well ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ On my visit on Monday 14/11 in the morning 10am, I have wait about 30mins until my turn.

    Worst ever service. If u don't buy accidental insurance, they don't check the phone properly and simply say this will not cover under warranty IF U HAVE ANY SMALL SCRATCHES in the exterior. Never buy IPHONE from Switch and any of its showrooms. They even charge you 100rm just to say it will not cover under warranty. They don't have the responsibility that they sell so called IPHONE products. They said the entire phone is out of order, need to replaced fully with cost of 3500rm for the mrp 4099rm phone. I just repaired n local shops they just charged 500rm and replaced some internal chip. See who are the Cheaters ? Never ever go for this service centre and u can see 90% ppl coming out of this service center with full frustration.

    Not a fan, received message that my reservation will be reschedule if I am late, I arrived earlier and I have waited past my reserved time. If you wanted to be on time, please walk the talk and do not talk the walk.

    So many customers, yet so few staff and extremely slow service. Very disappointing experience. Only 2 counters open during office hours? Speed is worse than some government offices. Come on Switch/ Apple, you sell so many units a day, what more per year. Please step up your customer service.

    After reading the reviews on here was expecting service to be very slow and unsatisfactory. However I was pleasantly surprised at my experience at this place as I did not have to wait long and the staff that entertained me were very polite and professional. Came in to have my iPhone 13 repaired and got it back within the promised 7-10 working days.

From what I understand is, SWITCH is only an Authorized RESELLER(Retailer) under the company CG Computers Sdn Bhd. I may be wrong but still if you're AUTHORIZED or OFFICIAL, why can't you just Label your shop as APPLE Service Centre or Apple Store? ๐Ÿคจ๐Ÿค”

    Sent my airpods p2 to ITworld pj centre last week to get rid of right airpods transparency issue. Getting positive feedback morning says will get my right side replaced . Just that received call just now informing me my left side cant match with this new rightโ€™s. NOW GETTING BOTH REPLACED!!!     If there's a zero star, that would be my choice. Not sure those Apple technicians are really certified to work there. Sent a MacBook Pro in Oct for connectivity issue. Formatted my computer and called me 3 weeks later saying it's done. The minute I took it back, the same issue happened immediately. Then sent it in again in November and for the same issue, but this time, no mention of reformatting (but I backed up anyway). They just created another account and logged in on that to do maintenance. Late November says it ready for collection. Tried and tested and asked what was the issue and the technician said it was the setting. But why wasn't it rectified during the first maintenance? Anyway tried for a few minutes and all was well, but all my files are missing on Desktop. The technician claim it there was nothing when it was sent in. How can they just lie straight up in the face? I even have the files on iCloud but he just ignore it. Then I took it home and surprise, surprise... the issue came back. Checked with the setting and it was still the same. Summary, this tech guy (singular, not plural) just wanna take yr computer and waste yr warranty time and productivity. I m seriously thinking how many had had their issues resolved!!

    I don't know why we must give star to write this review. Bad experience with idiot staff still need to give star. I went morning 29.09.23 to bayan lepas centre. This idiot i don't know what is her qualifications. Seat at reception and ask me to update software to solve my phone problem which is 1 month old. I done as required but can still solve problem. Come again for second time need to queqe again. She thinks we don't have other things to do. I went to tg tokong services centre. That guy a bit smart.. he told me that nothing to do with software. Straight away he send my phone to technician. I waste my valuable time and miss my appointment because of this idiot. Photo attached. The indian girl is whom i mean.

    Told me that machine to open my phone is not function today after log in to disable Find My and remove my screen protector. Wonder why they not check the machine first before remove the screen protector. Top up to owner, I mean the machine to open phone. Not Machine selling phone. HELLO !

    Despite a lot of customer after long weekend, the receptionist are dealing customer with professional ways. They will give priority to appointments or collection and this is right thing to do. I walked and wait for 15m and reasonable. Looking forward next visit to collect my item.

    Iโ€™m not sure others but Iโ€™m very impressed with Switch Bay Avenue. I got a camera issues with my latest iphone 14 pro max. Originally was needed 5-7 working days to complete but they managed to get it done under 1 days. Especially the service from Mira. But make sure your phone is under warranty and back up your phone before arrived

    I had a great experience. It was very easy to book an appointment and the service was fast, efficient and friendly. It's expensive for sure, but that is kind of expected with Apple.

    Don't want to help me because I want to restore my old ipad. Coming here to restore it but in the end says it can't locate my device which I have explained the whole story. Customer service was rude. I walk out with outmost disappointment.
