I would like to check the room and I call their customer service, she is very rude and chase me faster she got guess. I haven't start my conversation already no manner to customer. What kind of service?

Unable to check in after 5pm. Don't book this place unless you plan to check in during the day. Facilities not well maintained, fridge leaking and room dusty. View was okay. AC Marriott just next door would definitely be a better option.

Dirty, no housekeeping, got cockroach in toilet, yellow stains on bedsheet and towel. Aircond not cold. Cracks on wall. Pretty nauseating place to stay. Not recommended. Will not visit again.

My wife and I felt that the room was clean and big. We like it that there was a sink outside. The location was great as well. However the shower handle was broken, it was noisy in the afternoon due to construction above and we felt that the service can be improved a lot. The reception was not friendly and did not greet us with a smile. Unless the hotel management gives us a solution how they can improve on service we will not go there again and not recommend the place.

This is a 2 star hotel. Studio with mezzanine floor. Affordable at a strategic location. Nothing much to complaint. Just like other hotel you cannot cook but they provide you a microwave and a fridge (bigger than other hotel).

The room is spacious. Very clean. This room has all the accommodations needed. The location is good. Not so crowded yet not far from the attractive places. Value for the money. The check in process is also smooth. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Really love this place! Will be staying here everytime we visit Penang. My daughters love it as well! Every unit is a studio apartment with mezzanine level. In the lower level, there is a desk fit for a CEO (to do work), a sofa, a sink and a refrigerator. The upper level is just a place to sleep and relax. The closet is huge and the bed is comfortable. The view is stunningly breathtaking. We can see Bayan Lepas township and enjoy the beautiful sunrise! We can enjoy delicious meal from so many restraunts and food court nearby. My husband and I even enjoyed our walk to the nearby shopping mall. Nonetheless the shopping mall is loades with immigrabt workers. As a writer, this place can really help me for my writing. Would really recommend this place.

Very dirty towel provided. Large in space but I don’t feel safety in this area. No security at all. Tooth brush and tooth paste no provided. Shower gel and shampoo provided but only enough for one time use. Bad experience.

Good facalities, location center Penang town. You can travel to George town in 20m becauce of the trafic light. Bukit Jambul complex only 1 km from here. Surrounding with food place n Nasi Kandar Kayu at levek G.

Unless is only coming back for a shower and sleep otherwise everything is too basic. Don't even provide proper tea spoon.

We spent a night here on our way to Indonesia because it is near the airport. There are a lot of places to buy food and drinks. The hotel itself is clean, cozy, and quiet. Mostly, what we need are here.. Like iron, washing machine, refrigerator, aircond, heater, boiler, etc. We took a room for six adult for only 185. Two queen's and two extra mattresses. No complaint 😉

The gentlemen that we met at the check-in counter was friendly and helpful. The room is a little old but clean. Location is within walking distance to food area but not to shopping mall. Most importantly, its 15 mins away from the airport to enable us to catch early morning flight.

Hi, i think there’s a lot of think to reconsider to revisit your suite. First, on the check in issue. Yesterday during check in i had entered the room that not yet ready. I had to go down to front office once again to settle the issue. Secondly, the suite bathroom not in good condition. Shower hose handle broken and the floor dirty. Other than that i had considered ok and suit my needs. Thank you

Bad building management and maintenance. Elevator keeps broking even it has fixed million of times. The finishing of the lift material is lousy and the light inside the lift are dull. Nonetheless, the air exhaust system of the lift suck big time. On top of that, the lift’s button is not sensitive and have to press hard the button to get it work. The light inside the building are dull and don’t feel safe if you plan to walk alone.

Quite comfortable and quite OK inside.

Pros: spacious, clean, quiet place; Cons: stairs (not suitable for elders, have to climb stairs to go to bed), no qiblat's arrow for muslim to pray. Overall, recommended this place. The Original Penang Nasi Kandar just opposite this hotel.

Very bad service housekeeping...it was not worthy to staying...keep calling counter for cleaning but keep say wait...in the end not coming....somemore asking customer come down for change towel....it was bad experience in my life....
