Penang: The nearest mall to PISA, Penang. Not really a high class mall, but more to shop lot. If you cant find parking at PISA, u can park your car here, and walking distance to PISA@Spice Arena for any function there. Paid Parking beside the shop or underground parking is available here, with cashless@touch n go card. Here, u can visit Cystal shop, local food, indian food, dessert, chinese muslim food shop, pos laju, electrical shop, or even play footsal@indoor games here.

So many restaurants here hence the variety of food to choose from whether it's Chinese, Thai or whatever else. Came here with a bike most of the time so can't say much about the parking. Overall nice commercial area to go

The place has a lot of shops and restaurants, especially on the side facing the main roads. For example, like bubble tea outlets, economy rice, veloo vilas indian food, malay food, mykori etc. There also shops facing the apartment side. There are also clinics. Post office is also located here. Inside the mall, the are many offices available. There is also underground parking available, and also outdoor parking. Overall, the place is quite quiet and calm, not that crowded.

Plenty of parking. Shoplots ranging from banks to clinics and some eateries. You don't go here unless you have specific business/work to attend. I particularly went for physio. Parking is reasonably priced at Rm1.20/hour. Moreover, it's ticket-less. Can use TnG, credit and debit cards for parking.

Only food/beverage store availabe during morning after 11am. Nothing speical.

Situated in front of DPIAZZA CONDOMINIUM. This mall has some restaurants, klinik and commercial connectivity . Spacious place for parking 🅿️ and Pavement for walking.

Worst entrance I have ever experienced. When many cars are lining up and wait to touch n' go to enter the parking lot, the road is stuck. Cars want to go straight cannot pass through because cars parking outside the road have blocked other cars from lining up or go straight. If you come from outside, you need to make weird 45 degree angle to enter. So inconvenient. Not only block cars that are lining, also block cars which want to turn left and cars want to go straight. Bad experience.

Bad facilities ever!!!!! I went to their surau, so smelly. with the old carpet. disgusting!!!! parking fee expensive, not affordable with their flooded parking spot. they should find any ways to prevent flooded parking, but management did not do anything. waste of money, pay expensive parking fee but got flooded parking!!! lift not working and smell so bad. toilet door cannot close properly. some of them only can close, but cannot lock from inside. management please do your job!!!!

Good location but the mall management need to spruce up the area. Bring in more retailers for food. I hope the place is given a face lift soon

Has big Atrium and many shop lots. Has potential but not gaining much crowd. Basically the building mgmt not doing their job to pull crowd for past 10years.

Great bistro, La Vista situated here, great food and wide selection of wine at reasonable prices

Velloo Villas offers thosai,roti canai & many more dishes. Got shops selling economy rice. There is a shop selling 'tom sum' Post Office also available.

Not much to shop here. The most popular attraction is the Mr.DIY, & Post Office. The rest are mostly eateries.

Popular landmark but less utilized mall... Have some good good joints and shops...

Convenient place, all in one. One more star is to imprve surau maintenance, bcoz ths place have so many nice shop n Good eatery place, so it is more comfortable if we able to pray peacefully n cmfortably while spnding time here.

Very very hard to find parking. Please provide more and more parking as there is many shoplot. Its my humble request 😌

I was here for my 8 weeks class. I find it easy to get parking and the parking fees is affordable. Futsal center also available here. Public toilet and lift are working good. Cake shop also available at level 3. The management group also very helpful. Overall I was quite satisfied with this place. Thank you

Just step my feet on there, building management follow SOP by using only 1 entrance in and out, easier to them monitoring, hopefully D'Piazza do more xtvt there to extract people's come

Very good place..many bobba outlet (black whale/the alley/black balls etc...) Post office..the only halal Canning dim sum is located here too.indian food also (veloo villas)...many more

Purchase some great food from those outlets there ..at a reasonable rates
