Gym is now 247 which is great, early mornings are great for workouts no crowds no distractions. Equipments are sufficient nothing too fancy, more than enough for most people. Machines are maintained better than before (used to have a bunch of broken ones and rusty). However, have had multiple instances of problems with payment, set to auto payment monthly cc but don’t know why sometimes didn’t go through another time was registered with random cc.

The equipments are not fully working well, so if you get on the broken equipment, just step down and change another one. The staffs are friendly and the only thing that customer need to do is to bring their own padlock for lockers.

Very poor maintained gym. Even they have lots of machines and equipments but some of them were not really in good condition. They are the top gym in term of price, one of the lowest you can get in Penang I guess. The arranging of all the machines was very pack, not much space in between to move around. Toilet (man's) was very clean. They have a non functioning steam room, always under maintenance. On and off the Les Mills classes will stop, very disappointed on that. Good thing that the gym is provided a flat rate carpark fee of RM2 if you get a chop on the ticket at the front desk.

Equipment filled with dust always, Not major concern but since I’m here to complain the problem, just bring up tgt.. Member card quality is bad too, front cover sticker halfway peel off .. is so annoy to place in my purse, highlight to the girl she say if need to replace have to be extra pay

Maintenance and service is not exactly ideal , should reconsider listening to your clients more

Good place to exercise and train. Facility covers all the basic and a bit more. Some of the treadmills don't work well and the place is always on the hotter side. Be ready to sweat before you started. Water dispenser and sitting area available.

Not a bad gym...equipments are complete enough...you don't need a complete gym to train...you need a dedicate mind..some prefer air con...some don't...it's not a bad gym overall...

What happen to your fitness?? One month charge my four time payment?? Why call nobody pickup???

Sent in my enquiry to check about my membership. And I got ignored since 10th of May, tried to follow up but unable to get any reply. Paid to get ignored. That's how the customer service works?

Place has closed down. Luckily I did not sign up. The proprietors I think opened a new gym @ MBF tower.

On a side note , plz do not join the membership at lip sin as someone from the inside have inform me that they will be closing permanently at the end of this year , but they're still making new promotion to take new clients with no plans to keep the clientele. I'd stay clear for all those who are new Terrible gym facilities even if you are paying for premium class of service. Entire gym stinks and most of the equipment are broken with a leave on maintenance sign but its been 2 entire year and the equipment still isn't usable
