Ruining my whole birthday mood, ordered the birthday combo to celebrate my birthday but what I get was nothing! Been waiting for more than an hour but receive no calls from any branch, in the end got to contact customer service to ask why my order hasn't arrived for more than an hour, told me that my order should be arrive by the time but its way past the delivery time. Next up, customer service asked me to wait for a phone call from the branch, and it went for another half an hour until Penang, Farlim branch decided to make a call back to me said that SHE was working alone in that branch and no rider is willing to go and pick up the food, asked me if i wanted to pick up by myself or cancel the order right away. In the end, i chose to cancel my order, and the RM 5 delivery fee was not even refunded! Worst experience ever, even Domino's was delivered within 30 minutes right after i cancel this order. Get some new staff for that branch would you, KFC?

I bought the KFC Tandoori Chicken on the go and zinger burger. The burger was so small it doesn't even full fill your stomach. The taste of the tandoori chicken was so bad. It took my appetite away. Seriously it's not worth the price. It's too sweet and so much of MSG on it. When they advertise it look so appealing to buy and eat but once you taste it, it's just so not nice at all. They should do better.

I ordered self collection at 6.15pm, when I wait and queue for 2-3 more customer infront of me to get to ask the staff about my order, then they just start to prepare my food, and the staffs before we're laughing at some joke, which I do not mind, but I can't stand there is one strand of hair found on top of the cheesy wedges

Don't ever order for delivery with this branch.. sxxk and terrible... no feedback at all, and you don't even know what's going on after payment had made and kfc app showed delivered.

The automated ordering is very convenient but there's only two unit available. The view outside the window isn't anything special but by the time the highway is built, there will be nothing to see.

Comfortable place, cool and clean. Parking just by the roadside, in front of the restaurant. Friendly service by the waitress. This is a 2 storey restaurant and most seats are upstairs. Climbing the stairs will be a hassle for old citizens or OKU but there are a few seats downstairs.

Have 3 counter and only 1 available, my suggestion if only 1 counter available please speed up to prepare the order. Not really nice experience and not fast enough to called fast food.

People nowadays don't appreciate that they are having a good working chance, especially the Indian girl staff who are having bad working attitude towards customer. I've placed my order through the Apps on 10am with selected pick up time on 12pm. Reached the restaurant by 12:15pm and I saw this Indian girl staff at front counter is standing against the wall like she has nothing to do, but the fact is she forgot to prepare my order! Waited for 10 mins afterwards she handed me with only 1 set of fried chicken instead of total 2 sets in my order. I gently reminded her TWICE that I actually ordered 2 sets, she looked at me but IGNORED me! Finally the THIRD times I reminded her again she then started prepare the second set of my food. She lost her patience while I required to change my fried chicken part according to my remarks on the order, she replaces by throwing the fried chicken inside to the box while I am holding it. Strongly recommend she changes the job if she is not capable by working on service industry.

One of the to go places when not sure what to have for lunch. All chicken are freshly made and all worker is quick and efficient. Only bad is sometimes the que will get very long because local people likes visiting this KFC branch. Currently bcos of MCO no longer anyone dine in ... So mostly are taking away.

It's not so big to dine in. Can eat already at tingkat atas but no sos cili/tomato prepared because of Covid19. Seat placing also has social distancing. On the long table, only 3 persons allowed. When ask, I been told they are close and no dine in after 12am. Here in web stated they should close at 2am. The food is very bad, chicken taste super dry and look like recycle, do they put in recycle chicken during this hrs ?. Only drumstick taste ok. They do not inform early dine in not allow before i make order. I just scrap my 2pcs super dry chicken.

Missing fries, food amount getting lesser everytime I order. Loaded potato bowl used to be full, now only half container. Cheating customer's money! Terrible service.
