Very unfriendly person who is answering the call. Doesn’t want to answer basic questions about the price. Pushing to come and get consultation. If I’ll decide to go and see the doctor and pay for consultation, I have to know basic things. Won’t to give basic details . Price all depends on area and doctor advise. I asked just roughly, I’m not asking exact, but she kept to repeating depend and depend. Very disappointed even before entering.

I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Douglas for various aesthetic procedures, and I can confidently say that he is an outstanding doctor. Dr. Douglas's attentiveness was remarkable. Dr. Chan (the male doctor) doesn't provide clear instruction after treatment. Not a good listener and his attitude is bad. The wound is not recovered after months due to the unclear instruction but he put the blame on customer.

Not sure I'm having a good experience or not. I got subscribe with their offer package for almost 2k but at the end, I'm not seeing that much difference from before. I can say my face now less acne compare to previous. Their product is so expensive but I don't see that much difference when I used them. And they keep on promoting like to subs with their facial but I refused so since its pretty expensive. I'm expecting more since the price is "exclusive" and I don't mind to spend money for my face but with the price and service, nahh a bit disappointing. My last laser treatment barely even last like 3-5 mins and don't see any changes at all. That is my experience. Feel free to try and just being honest here.

Had a really bad acne flare up from staying overseas in Australia. Dr Douglas is a professional and kind dermatologist who doesn’t try to hard push the medication and services. Special shout-out to Helenn as well, since she is one of the most dedicated beauticians I’ve ever met and I will be continuing my services with Dr KO because of how she makes facial sessions not painful! Just wish that they told me earlier than they’ve moved to jalan masjid negeri because when I came back to penang and went to kelawai rd I was so confused as to why the shop was run down and empty! Had to stay in penang traffic for another 20 minutes to go from Kelawai to Jalan masjid negeri again 😵
