actually i wanted to put no star for the clinic.. the staff has no knowledge at all.. makes it difficult for the patient, the clinic phone is late to pickup.. and sometimes does not pick up at all, the way the staff talks to the doctor is very rude, not to mention the way the staff talks to the patient, the staff's face is never nice to treat the patient.. not recommended to come to this clinic.. very unsatisfactory, I will not to come to this clinic again, hopefully it will close soon

I went for eye bag/ dark circles filler procedures, the effects are satisfying. Dr Gan and the staffs are kind and helpful. Post-treatment service is good, staff will always remind you the appointment in advance. Dr Gan is a qualified personnel who always addresses to your doubt and offer constructive advice.

I see so many complaints about the receptionist. Obvious as the reception (lady) is very rude and unprofessional. I hope the clinic owner can do something to fix this as it is definitely not the first time. I was calling for over 3 times, but never answered the call. When she answered she just hung up while I was still talking. When I called back she answered after a few minutes and did not even apologise for hanging up whilst in the middle of the call. That is common and basic manner hope she can learn and the clinic do something about it asap.

The receptionist (One of the malay lady works at 30Oct23 around 11am) was very rude and without sympathy. Covid patient already notice them early with an illness body and are covered by face mask, but they didn't pay attention and process normally. After several min, she realise it and tried to argue with the patient. I believe it's not a proper way to be a clinic receptionist. Please look on it seriously.

Doctor service is ok but reception staff is extremely rude. Please ensure your staff go through proper training to face patients who are feeling unwell.

Very good service by the doctor and the staff. Had blood test here and told the doctor I am really nervous and scare of pain. The doctor then change to a smaller needle and that helps me alot. Thank you very much.

Just recently did pico2 laser at o2 Summerton by Dr Gan. It was really a pleasant experience and I love the results so much. With only one session of laser, my skin complexion and texture have improved a lot, less visible pores and less pigmentation too. The laser was quick, without much downtime but yet so effective. It was my first time with laser, was quite nervous in the beginning, but Dr Gan was gentle and experience enough to make the whole laser process a comfortable one. Is really worth the travel all the way from butterworth to penang island. Definitely will go back again. Highly recommended!

Called to make a swab test appointment. The lady gave me a handphone number. Said that number handles all appointments. Called no answer. Sent a WhatsApp message - no response till now. WhatsApp only single tick.

Worst experience ever! Ask for one thing, they keep on push back and stated that they are very busy. This is regarding with ppl live and they don’t take it seriously. Maybe they want their patient sickness to get worse then only consider serious I guess.

there's no fixed process for patient that is waiting during lunch break. anyone that rushed to the counter first when the staff came will get to register first. But one of the doctor is good, in diagnosis and very detail.

This is the worst clinic I've ever been to. My left eye was swollen. The lady doctor who attended to my situation does not put me at ease. She asked me what happened as soon as I sat down, and I told her I had a swollen eye. She only gave it a quick glance and asked, "Is it stye eye?" I was surprised for a moment, unsure how to react. I stated I thought so, and she replied, "I think it's stye eye." So, who is the doctor now? Why would I go to the clinic if I knew what was causing my swollen eye?

They provide the efficient and good service. I was make the 4th scar laser treatment on there. The result on my face was improve a lot. Let's me transfiguration. The doctor and the staff is helpful. I recommended this O2 clinic at summerton.
