New Assistence is good looking and well manners +1star Doc explained good, but result is bad, dont support clinic that keep making u go back. esp. this cost RM290 still cant cure or check my nostrails.

Went for earwax removal. Had to wait quite a while, even with appointment already made. Doctor comes into the clinic at 11am even when clinic opens at 1030am, and my appointment was at 1045am. Still, removal was rather efficient, with just a little pain. Doctor explains the ear problem well too. I paid RM230 the first time and RM180 the second, for consultation and some medicine.

Just went to Clinic Minden as my hearing was muffled. No wax removal required, my inner ear has some liquid that was not draining properly to the throat. Consultation + medication = RM 95. Recommended. Doctor is patient and takes his time to explain what's going on and the medication he's prescribing. Also, the receptionist (young Malay woman) was excellent. Polite and efficient

Dr.Satish is very professional and friendly. i like the way he treated patient. he would find the cause of the problem so that he can treat us effectively. the only cons is just the receptionist lady. not really friendly and sort of warning me that the treatment cost for ears treatment only is more than rm300 when i asked her that i wanted to check my throat also. end up all i hv to pay is just rm140 for ear,nose and throat checkups and medications. thumbs up for Dr.Satish.

ONLY CASH/ONLINE TRANSFER!!!! Dr drained out the earwax in my right ear within 10mins. It was cleared immediately. Dr also gave a brief talk on how to clean your ears properly. Eardrops n medication was given. Total cost is RM 220. Friendly staff and doctor. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I went for wax removal of both ears and nose & throat inspection after a poor and useless experience at another local “Jack of all trades” clinic. The clinic doors are open at 9:30am and the receptionist will book you in. It fills up quickly with patients, so getting there early pays off if you have things to do. At 10am Dr Satish sees his first patient as prioritised by the receptionist. I was lucky enough to be first. He has a big office with all the appropriate equipment and after an examination and discussion he did the wax removal procedure on both ears which was painless, quick and efficient and felt like I had new ears afterwards. I was prescribed and given some meds also. I was out at 10:30am a happy patient. Total cost 300 MYR exam, treatment and meds and worth every penny. I noticed the waiting room was full at 10:30 with about 10 patients waiting. Good experience for me.
