I visited Jonathan Yun on the good reviews here and was in for a disappointment. It was 25 Sep 21 when I ordered a Sapphire ring with a specific instruction of size 18 and to be slightly tappered. Later on 02 Oct 21, I ordered a Pearl pendant to be slightly bigger but based specifically on the design of an earring and handed over a Peridot ring to be upsized to 18. * Upon collection of the Sapphire ring. I found that the ring was 21.5 and not tappered. *The Pearl pendant was oxidized without first informing me. It was the initial glittering of the sterling silver on the sample earring that caught my attention! He did not bother to call and check the items with me. It was me who made the initiative to call and check with him as if he were the customer. As a first timer, I had lost trust in him but just bit my tongue to let him finished the whole process. My last transaction with him on 09 Oct 21, he casually walked away to talk with his neighbor, while I waited for him. Let him challenge me if I'm writing untruth here.

Jonathan is THE go to place for artisanal hand made and bespoke jewellery. Reasonably priced, great quality and range. Wedding rings, engagement rings, special occasion pieces. Jonathan and his staff are always friendly and accommodating, helping to match the pieces to the buyer. I love the place!

A real gem - gorgeous artisan jewellery, so many unique pieces, inspired by Malaysian nature and heritage. Also a very friendly lady working here who we really enjoyed talking to. I bought some lovely coral design earrings. Will go back next time I'm in Penang!
