I been request for some private space for only myself,but the staff told me the seat is for 3-4pax. when I was on my meal halfway there is another customer came in alone and sit on the 3-4pax table.i been so disappointed on the attitude of the staff.this will be my LAST TIME to enjoy my meal there.

The sushi King didn't deserve the crown anymore, I can confirm that the maki and nigiri is made by newbie, funny thing honey green tea you can see what they did. Noodles disappointed. Service worse than robot. The only thing still the same was miso soup. More worse the empire sushi.

Only giving this place an 'okay' rating as the ramen was okay. I'm not sure if it's because we were here around 2.30pm so it was after lunch or if their standards are lower but the sushi was pretty average tasting (didn't taste fresh) and the whole place felt a bit run down. The drinks were heavily watered down (orange juice and lemon ice tea).

Good place.. but menu not interested.. many menu don't have.. like salmon skin...

I like the food at sushi king but this branch the game is cheating. It was my 3rd times happened like this. I already find all the words but the games said sorry please try again. I told the staff and he said want to give me icecream but he didnt give to me 🤣 my advice is better you dont do this game anymore.

As always, Sushi King delivers. Same taste, consistency is there be it in JB, KL or Penang. Look out for the free item when u are a member.

4th June 2023 ordered oyako don and it costs RM 17.75

Customer service was ok. The food though, wasn't fresh -- after taking a while to prepare too. A piece of fried chicken in the mixed bento was spoiled.

No sushi on conveyor belt. Ordered fried chicken but more fried dough than any chicken. Sushi we ordered was below average and not fresh. Limited salmon option. Drinks were good

After MCO still experience short of service crew. Last visit dine in feels like quality of products drop a bit.

Clean and orderly. Great food. Great waiting staff. Ordering experience was good too, it was done on a Tablet. The baked cheese rice was a great option for one of our guests who wasn't a fan of Sushi ( i love sushi though!) So there are tasty options for non-sushi lovers in the group. Will definitely go again.

This is not a restaurant, more like an academy. Bonanza promotion but there was hardly any food on the conveyor belt. Ordering food was by writing on pieces of paper. Worse of all, preparation was very, very slow. For half an hour, I managed to get less than 10 plates of bonanza sushi.

Good service. As soon as I sat down, a staff immediately came to take my drinks order. This outlet is not as busy as some other Sushi King outlets. I came during lunch hour, and there were still plenty of seats available. I like the ambience of this restaurant. They also had all my favourite sushi on the belt.

The food is good and there was not a long wait as the place was quite empty on a sunday morning right before lunch time. A lot of plates of sushi om the kaiten belt though the variety is not much and must be ordered with the waiter. There is no ipad for ordering, unlike other sushi king outlets like at gurney plaza.

This Sushi King branch does not have the usual ipad used for ordering, and also does not have the hot water dispenser. Still have the sushi conveyor belt.

I don't know how to explain how much fun we had there! The sushi they served was fresh and delicious. I really really love sushi and I became sushi king fan forever.

Cannot resist sushi king bonanza.. At first they were telling only on the belt, (which is empty at the time I walk in) or you may order manually if needed. After 3 or 4 tables are filled, suddenly you see the belt is full of sushi 😋 Guess they prepare the food fresh. 👍
