Fried chicken is juicy, flavorfull and tender. Is different from KxC and MxD. Drink can free re-fill. Environment is clean and wide. Recommended restaurant for family time.

Less crowded than usual today. Taste is a lot better than K** but can see the portion is become smaller. Not sure it is a trending, things are going to miniaturise 😅 However staffs are not so friendly. Dine in guest has to clean the table tray which is fine. But after that the table still no staff come to sanitise. If they expect guests to clean the table with cloth and cleansers, they have to provide and inform the guests.

Overall satisfied. Breakfast time didn't have many people. Only 1 family during my visit. All order freshly made, thus need to wait around 10 mins..Perhaps staff need to be more friendly like saying Welcome or Thanks?

I'm so disappointed! I ordered the flatbread. They didn't have it. I asked for chicken burger. They don't have. She said chicken only. I asked Jalapeno poppers. They don't have. I got a set. Didn't really want the fries but I got the set just for the sweet tea. Guess what! They were out of ice and sweet tea. This is the most disappointed I've ever been with Texas chicken!

Misleading advert on Merdeka promo. Pic clearly showed a drumstick but when served it was a chicken breast. My daughter only eats drumstick and when politely asked to change, I had been told no I can't request a different part of the chicken. I have to take what's given. I ordered based on what was shown on the advert and expected to be served the same. Plenty of drumsticks available but server just VERY reluctant to change it which I don't understand.

As a rider I have to wait for more than 30mins at here even there is no customer and not peak hour during FMCO. This is ridiculous. There's staff but busy doing their own things. Even people come for take away can get their food faster than me . There such a bias picking who they want to proceed their order . Are you sure you calling your restaurant as fastfood ?

So slow service when there is literally 2 customer to serve. I ordered chicken tenders and had to wait 20 mins. Why u guys call yourself as fast food when u don’t serve fast !!. To the manager pls train your newbies to inform the customer earlier if have to wait

I ordered two pieces chicken set, but they said currently don't have salad sides. So, they still charged the same. The chicken is smaller compared to texas queensbay mall. I still not full. Very disappointed when I saw salad side from the recent review.

Nice. Worth the price if you ask me. Bought the five piece chicken set last time. The fried chicken pieces were big so they didn't cut corners there. The mash potato is good. Love the honey butter biscuits but not for everyone I think. Overall just a good joint. Hopefully this one keep their quality and not gonna get closed in a while. Kudos to the team

Eve of Awal Muharam, lunchtime. The staff is polite, and the only item available is chicken, that’s fine. But the thing is, he’s the ONLY staff manning the restaurant. Pity him. He needs to take care of the kitchen as well, which makes the wait time extremely slow. Even abang food delivery left after waiting for so long. Are you kidding me? 2 additional staffs clocked in about 1:15pm. The McD beside it is fully staffed and full of customers.

First time had breakfast here. Open 24 hour. Nice environment. Healthy food available. We tried Japanese roasted sesame rice bowl. There's a bit tomato and lettuce, tasted good. Free refill drinks.

The chicken taste not as good as QB and 1st Avenue. Normally I don't buy chicken from this restaurant, but I will buy Japaleno. Recently there is a new SzeChun loaded, quite nice.

Such a good affordable & cozy place to eat and hangout.The chicken nugget is so good... The chicken fry is also good... U can get so much drinks here. The dessert options are also good... But the best thing is the scone...💜💜💜 I definitely recommend it.

the chicken meat really tender moist and soft like tofu. no blood or dark stain which shows the chicken is reared humanely. the only issue is cannot choose portion and the drinks are freeflow but watered down. coke can still see some color but the orange and tea taste like plain water. the desert was nice but melted. the corn bread is very tasty. so it is worth for the below set.
