Located at a very strategic area in Penang island e.g. 5 minutes to airport, 10 minutes to ftz, 15 minutes to downtown, 20 minutes to georgetown center, etc. Security guards is an uniform personel, and they do a very good job on ensuring the safety of the residences . Each house has been provided with one car parking only. But they do have enough guest parking to accommodate the demand. This place is very clean and quiet from noise. Overall,it is very good place to stay.

Security at main entrance always take too long time to register visitors, hope they train them how to use the computer. Good manner workers, but extra poor computer skills. It took me less time to register visiting the governor house 😏

They have good security, but no parking AT ALL!
