Dr. Karen is so friendly. She explains clearly and patiently. She thinks from the patient's point of view and give best alternative. The other staff is very nice too. They take walk-ins. The fee is reasonable too. Found this dental clinic by accident, but it is very recommended!

The best dental clinic I have gone to so far. Had a scaling and tooth filling with Dr Alexander, he was amazing. I came on 6/8/21 and the experience was painless and the dentist did a superB job. My husband had gone a few weeks back for some gum related issues and spokevwell of the staff here. So I went today with our 4 year old. I got scaling and she had a small cavity filled. The ladies were all very kind and professional. They were very friendly and we had a nice chat between services. They answered all of my questions and showed us detailed images of our teeth before taking action and explained each step well in advance. My daughter was quite scared but they were very kind and patient and didn't rush or force her. They let her push the buttons to control the chair and showed her her teeth on the screen and explained everything they would do carefully to her. She was able to complete the procedure without tears or compliant and even said afterwards that she isn't scared of the dentist now. So great experience all around and highly recommended. The five star rating is well deserved!👍Oh, but this a very busy area and there is little to no parking anywhere. We live nearby so we walked. I would suggest walking or getting a Grab.

Dr.Alex is awesome. I am a person that is sensitive. The service is TLC....highly recommended.

Professional staff and great Doctor. As a tourist, I come here often because it’s affordable and I’m really happy with the service and close attention to detail given by Dr Alex. Checkup and scaling (he takes his time slowly with each tooth) and sealing a crack on my tooth cost 200rm. Friendly staff reply quickly on google chat or WhatsApp. Very easy to setup an appointment and enjoy the professionalism of the staff.

Overall is a pleasant and good experience. Dr Lim is a gentle dentist. Make me less phobia of going to dental clinic.. pain score around 3/10.Their equipment is new and clean.Staff friendly and helpful. Thanks to Dr Lim and team...

It was a good experience with Dr Alexander and his team, From the initial consultation to the final result, the entire process was smooth and professional. Dr Alexander is very professional, gentle and attentive, addressing all my questions and concerns along the way. The aligners fit comfortably, and I saw noticeable improvements in my smile much faster than I expected. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking for any dental treatment.

I’m dentalphobic and dread going to the dental surgeon. Dr Karen really put me at ease and did a great job at filling and polishing for me. I liked how she took the time to explain to me the whole process. She was patient and friendly - something rare. It was my first visit to the clinic. Great experience ! The female doctor was very friendly & professional. The treatment went very well for me. Less painful for scaling compare to my other dentist. I got few filling here, price range from RM160-180/tooth.

I’ve had my fair share of dental clinics but I must say that this is the best ever. Dr Alex is very very attentive, professional and caring. He really took his time to inspect and clean my husband’s teeth. My husband dislikes going to the dentist but Dr Alex made him felt comfortable and assured. Also, his assisting staffs were all very helpful and friendly even though young. I hope he’ll continue to be professional and attentive as many Doctors tend to become jaded after a while. I'm a tourist in Penang and suddenly having a problem with my braces at my 3rd day here. One of the wire is poking to my cheek several times and causing a bump. My doctor usually just cut the wire and all done. I've been trying to cut it with nail clipper (as reccomended from my doctor😂) but it didn't help. So I'm looking for an alternative and found this dental clinic. I making an appointment first thru Instagram and they're replying just in a minute. Next day I just go to clinic, do the registration and wait around 5 minutes untill the doctor looked up my braces. Rather than cutting it (as what I ask to him), the doctor just remove my braces rubber and repositioning the wires. Also they replace it with the new one and explain me why the wires moving around😄 I've expected it will cost more than 100RM but I'm shoocked it's only 50RM! I got a free toothpaste also😁 I really recommend this dental clinic if you're looking for a best, fast-response and professional staff and doctor!

Amazing doctor and staff. Very clean facility and quick appointment response time. I had 4 fillings and a cleaning for 720 ringgit, with local anesthesia. The dentist was so gentle I barely felt the anesthetic application. Can’t recommend highly enough. From Texas USA

Came here for a professional tooth cleaning and was Herz disappointed. All they did was scrape away the calculus and 30seconds of polishing… no cleaning in between teeth, no sanding and no fluoride… usually after a professional cleaning I have smooth and shiny teeth… not the case here. Cost: 130 Ringit - would not come back.

I dont usually do google reviews, but this is by far the best dental ive been. Dr Karen explained everything in detail, and the service is great. She showed imaging before and after every step, and would make sure that i was comfortable during scaling (which is rare for dentist to do). Would definitely stay with this clinic!

Dont take appointment with customer seriously. Had book appointment with Dr Karen but the next day been told that have other patient reschedule. Is it doing extraction earn lesser for your clines? You need to take patient appointment seriously. Had been suffer for toothache for many days already. Simply say appointment change. Rubbish clinic
