Just your average sephora, but I wanted to take the time to acknowledge Iera who helped me out. I only asked her about the price of a product but she went on to help me pick out a better shade and was really polite. Greatly appreciate her extra service to help me out.

Just left the store and could overhear the workers saying that my friends and I go into the store without buying anything? Firstly, I wanted to get something but they told me it is out of stock. What else should I do? I think it’s rude of them to be talking about their customers like that. Sephora KL wayyy better 🫰🏼

Amazing, friendly and super helpful staff (Thanks Nadia!) Was able to find almost everything that I wanted here. They don't carry many very dark shades for us more brown people and I was a bit disappointed. They did not carry any Nars products either. But considering that I have not set foot in a Sephora for a year now, I was very happy to pick up some beauty buys (vanity and all that. Don't judge me!) Definitely will return when I need to stock up on my essentials!

Was followed by the chinese staff and it seemed as though they thought I might steal perfume or couldn't afford it. I don't mind being assisted, at least a friendly smile would have been appreciated. Kuddos to the other staff who assisted me! (Hijab one)

I visited this store twice. The first time I had a very helpful, knowledgeable women who help me find items to purchase. The second time I visited the girl who help me was not very knowledgeable or very helpful. She liked to stand and chat with other employees. Although I purchased many items she was lazy and not interested in her work. I would say the experience in this store depends on which sales associate you end up talking with. Too bad, I love Sephora and bad associates ruin the experience.

Few walk-ins make this place just a showy display with staff too bored to greet you.

Was assist by lix. Knowledgeable since only 1 try she got the ideal foundation shade for my skin 🤭. She even offer to apply the lipstick to make sure it suit me. So far my buying experience with sephora all just apply on my hand. It was almost close time, so to get this treatment i was really grateful.

Received notification of a free treatment at the Brow Bar during my birthday month. However when I arrived for my appointment I was informed that I do not qualify and had to pay for it. Very bad service.

Very bad experience related to payment. Transaction went through and money was deducted from my account but their system had error but insisted that I had to call bank to address the issue due to error on their side. So unhelpful. I had no choise to do so otherwise I won’t get my money back 🙈

Went there and ask a staff about foundation. I am very much a newbie on makeup and I dont know how to choose the perfect shade. The staff give an attitude and question the shade that I choose. She never help and just go. She also give me side eye.

One of the best Sephora's Ive been to, Ive been to KL Sephoras but they cannot compete with this Gurney branch because the customer service here is amazing. I was assisted by a lovely lady named Li Anne. She was incredibly helpful and knows whats shes talking about, I honestly ended up buying something I didnt plan on buying because of her. I think some of the staffs in Sephora esp sales/beauty specialist should learn from this branch.

Careful.. if purchase more than 2 items the counter cashiers won’t disable the product tag sensor properly causing alarm to go off when existing... such an embracing situation…! Security will take your stuff and re-scan again…! Everybody in store will look at you! This problem can’t be fix base on branch manager feedback that..! Please ask counter cashier to scan out twice or more on your purchased product before existing.. #SephoraGurneyParagonSucks @sephora

Look for Ms Bella. She don't push and she don't look at you when you don't buy. I wasn't planning to buy any from the physical store, I prefer get it online. But the products that I was looking was out of online store. I was going to wait, but since she were very nice, I decided to yet it to help her get some commission.
