Staff who are not customer friendly and not smile to costumer..want to order but need to be called many times just came..serve food in a rude way and do not look at customer faces..please hired staff who are more customer friendly after this or train staff to be more kindly to costumer...lost appetite want to eat at there..

Service is super slow. We waited more than 30 mins and still have not received the pizza. My poor child is super hungry and we kept seeing a lot of food panda/grab orders being served. I guess no point to dine in with such slow service. Better go to other branches.

Nice pizza so soft n tasty

Food itself is excellent, but service is very slow, even when it was mostly empty. In fact, they completely forgot to send our pastas until we reminded 1 hr later.

Even when the shop is empty, mushroom soup arrived in 5 minutes, garlic bread arrived 30 minutes later during dine-in. Come on guys! Service needs improvement. 👎

Waiting for half an hour, no one attend to me, no one at counter, can't place order, such a waste of time

Tried the new Thin Chessy, quite nice. Now also order using QR and phone, making it easy to make selections.

Worst place ever. Don't recommend at all. Ordered our food, waited for 1.5hours just for our 1 slice of pizza, our soup and pasta dried up from our orders. Reminded them couple of times, when the food finally came, not even an apology for forgetting our orders. Wasted our time almost 2 hours there. Staffs bz chatting with each other, can't even smile when serving and looks moody all the time. Paid and without saying thank you. Lousy attitude. Safer bet is to go kfc instead.

Staff attitude not suitable in f&b... don't know how to put clown 🤡 face, even it's fake as long can make customer fell comfortable it's much better....no slippers pls, while working in restaurants, not eating in front of customer, no manner.....

We felt extremely uncomfortable when the staff were hovering around us and forcefully grabbed our phone to submit the survey by himself as we were untoldly 'bribed' with mushroom soups. The order was a mess and so was the organisation and the service. Food was decent and good tho.

Whilst the food is acceptable the service left much to be desired 😔 Very unfortunate for such a nice set up there's no one seems to be managing it 😕

Service is horrible. Waited 20mins and enquired when will the order be ready and was told pizza is still in the oven Waited another 15 mins for the order to be ready but with side orders missing. Was told to wait another 10mins for it to be ready. There were only 3 dine-in customers and no Panda or Grab delivery men coming to collect orders all this while. I will NEVER NEVER patronise this outlet again.

More than 5yrs ago ~ we came, service was super slow... Today, we came back n expecting an improved service. But, waited for 45mins only received our pizzas. We have no choice but requested to ta pao n rushed fr our next appointment. Well. This will be our last time here. We won't step in this PH again.

Unfriendly customer service. The same menu can be "not available" when i order from different staff. Feels like the staffs are not treating their work professionally/seriously.

Worst experience ever I want to take away food so I walk to cashier but found no one is in it and see all the staff wondering around doing nothing even one saw and still did nothing improve your staff is a shame the place is very nice but the service is so bad.

I bought through grab food, the pespi supposed in the can, but I receive in paper cup... So when it sent through motorbike the water spill , flood and wet my all my food ... Hope to be proper seal and same as the in the food list. Thank you

Pros: 1. Very delicious Cons: 1. All staff are very busy preparing for FoodPanda's order and late attend for people who dinning at that place.. 2. Didn't inform that mushroom soup is preparing, so have to wait around 45 minutes.. 3. They're short of staff.. Need to recruit some more staff..

Food was delicious. Service was good even though it was during peak time during dinner. Better than most branch I have been to. We was also seated accordingly and food arrived 20 minutes after ordering. I almost hating going to Pizza Hut because of the rudeness and poor food quality in previous branches I've been but this branch change my mind. Will always gonna have my pizza here now.

Currently the new system implemented was tha customers have to order via a QR code which makes the whole process of dining difficult especially for the elderly or less tech savvy people

Friendly efficient and professional staff! Came for lunch and order came quickly, felt welcome. Enjoyed my meal in quiet and clean place. Keep up the good work! 👍
