First time having a massage in Penang and glad we found this place! They responded promptly on whatsapp for a same day booking, and everyone was very accommodating. Reception was friendly. My masseuse (Missy) was very nice and gave great massage. She even identified a stiff tendon on my right shoulder that has been feeling restless for quite some time though never mentioned it to her. Came out feeling better than ever. My husband was also satisfied with his massuer’s (Atar) massage. He opted for the hard body massage and Atar really delivered. Will definitely come back to this place. 🙏

Visited on 13 May 2023, Saturday 1245pm. Following sharing is purely based on my unbiased personal opinion and experience. This is my 2nd visit to Beautiful Sunny Penang Island Malaysia after the last drive up trip 13 years ago in 2010. We cycled almost 30 minutes to this massage place after our morning dim sum breakfast at Tai Tong Restaurant. We chose this massage is solely based on the Google review and rating. Paid RM266 for 2 pax 90min oil full body massage. 2 masseur was assigned to us, 1 Thai female and 1 Cambodia male. We were directed to our massage cubicles separated by curtain. The initial start of the massage was strong and harsh as if the masseur was rushing for time. Half way through the session I heard snoring from the other side of the curtain which I suppose the massage must be a smoothing one for them. I barely even fall into coma stage with the masseur keep giving intensive and invasive stoke on my back. I clearly remember I opt for a 90 min oil massage and not a body scrub. The whole session was clearly a strong and painful body scrub with oil. Entire 90 min was a torture to me to say. Every scrub is targeting on my muscles and not on my acute spot or point. It was not relaxing for sure and less enjoyable for me. I was awake throughout the entire 90 min because my body tensed up in anticipation of the masseur next move. At the end of the session we tipped the masseur and left the place. The place was nice but old. Lack of proper maintenance to it. And they kept the place poorly lit to hide all the unsightliness. Overall not a good experience for me and I will not return ever again. I will be very careful on my choice in future base on Google review and rating. Again this is based on my personal experience. It might be my unlucky day but I think the massage place should ensure all their masseur are trained and competent enough to deliver high standard of services.

Strong contender for worst massage ever received. Customer service - 1/5 Indian receptionist (only because there’s a Chinese lady, not to be confused with) was unhelpful, unresponsive and using his phone, and gave us no instructions. Only until we followed up around 20 minutes later he finally told the masseuses that we had arrived. Massage quality - 1/5 We ordered the hard massage and while yes, one element of it is strength; the massage was basically pure brute force. Did not feel good and frankly the masseuse had no idea what he was doing. The massage felt good only because of the absence of pain rather than the massage itself. Would definitely not recommend.

FAMILY FRIENDLY and they will allow your child to sit beside you in the massage area. You will not be disappointed by their skills. Massage is just nice and good with strength 💪.

Checked out this massage place instead of the familiar brands im used to and it was such a pleasant surprise :) I chose the 90-min aromatherapy session and the massage therapist (missy) was really experienced. Requested for more focus on my back and she really worked on undoing the knots. Felt super relaxed after the session and had a good night’s sleep. Definitely recommend!

Randomly came across this place and just went in to try out. We took 4 in 1 treatment which costed 95 ringgit. The experience is solely depends on masseuse as we observed they massage technique varies from one to another. Overall it was fine and my masseuse kept checking with me on the pain level.

I had a massage session with Happy (No.11), and it was a wonderful experience. Her skill and expertise in massage therapy were evident from the beginning. The massage was both relaxing and therapeutic. One thing to note is that hers is more towards Balinese style. Happy was attentive to my preferences and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere. I even extended the session from 1 to 1.5 hours. I appreciate the attention that Happy put into her work, and I would certainly recommend her to others looking for a skilled masseur. It was a great massage, and I look forward to returning for another session in the future. Just a side note that not every masseur is good. My friends who went with me did not like their massage with the others.

Was just looking for a nearby massage place and stumbled upon this one with my partner. What a pleasant surprise. We both agreed this is one of the bests; better than 5-star hotels we've tried! (I did the hard body massage and she did the hot aromatherapy massage.)

I went just now for 1hour foot and 1 hour hard body massage and back with dissappointment. Really hard for me to write such review. Undoubtedly, the environment and ambience are nice but the assigned masseur was under my expectation. The steps of massage and points she pressed are not what I am familiar with. Not systematic and not well-trained at all. I wondered if she knew what she has been doing during the session. Waste of time and not worth what I have paid for. RM 178.

Came for this massage twice and did a 4 in 1 head, neck, shoulder and foot massage for 120mins with masseuse no 49. Hit all the right and tight spots and applied really good pressure during the massage! It was so good! Highly recommended! Will definitely come again when I visit Penang again!

I call Thai Best Massage at 2pm to booked a massage session on 5pm on 1/9/2023, reception have a nice reply said see me on 5pm later. We reached there on 4:40pm. Environment seem good, two or three person sitting in front reception, waiting their turn. Thai Best massage provide more than 6 packages. We decide to go to hot aroma package but receptionist told us later only choose package, 5pm. A lot people start to walk in while waiting. 510pm, we ask reception, he told us only foot massage, 4in1 therapy & Thai therapy packages available now. I felt sorry to cancel the massage session. Had a 90 minutes Thai massage here today. It was authentic, professional, and very very satisfying. All my knots and kinks were dealt with, from neck & shoulders, mid & lower back, hands & fingers (cellphone hands 😂), legs & feet (from walking everywhere in George Town), face & head (from stress). My masseuse was very experienced. She knew her job well. The front desk person answered all my questions honestly (don’t assume anything-no ask/no get). 90 minutes later I left feeling much lighter, younger, and invigorated. Room was clean and well appointed, felt good to be there.

Best massage so far. Went for the 4-in-1 massage and Dang (no.36) was super good!!! The strength was really great and I had all my muscle knots released. Dang was really attentive, experienced and polite 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 will be back again!

The port of call for the cruise trip was Penang. I've been to Penang a few times in the past, but this time I wanted to just stay on the boat rather than sightsee, so I went out to get a massage. We went to this place because of the good reviews and we received it well. I got it for 90 minutes for 150 ringgit. It was similar to places like Thailand or the Philippines^^

Please avoid this centre. I booked for thai massage the lady didnt ask how was my pain level and stepped on my back. Now due to her weight she put on the spine and backbone, she have compressed my nerve and i am in constant pain. Doctors said only a surgery could fix it.

I was booking for thai massage but at the end they give hard body massage. They said not enough therapist to do thai massage. The therapists are quite professional.

Really nice and friendly masseuse but did not feel the hard body massage as requested. Felt like aromatherapy instead. Did ask to press harder but unfortunately did not hit the pressure points at all. Was quite disappointed seeing the good reviews. A friend of mine got a great one though. Technique definitely varies.

I traveled to Penang from Ohio US for business and went for a massage while I was there. This place was recommended by our taxi driver and did not disappoint! I got the 90 minute deep tissue massage and felt so relaxed, drinking the complimentary tea afterwards. Plus with the conversion rate you can’t beat the price! Had a good experience overall, staff were very accommodating in allowing us to change the time of our massage a few hours prior. Would recommend Bibi, this was the first time I fell asleep during a massage cause I was just so comfortable especially during the foot massage segment of the 4 in 1. She was very careful and asked for permission before “clearing” the spots with tight muscles skilfully. My sister on the other hand had a lacklustre massage that caused her quite a bit of pain hence the 4 rather than 5 star rating. Not sure if this is due to different massage styles as hers was not a Thai masseuse.

Happy was my masseur on my first visit. She is good! I liked her. Went back the next day, she is not available. Got a male masseur, not v good. Kept asking him to go lighter but he still press too hard until my legs hurt! So not all are great, depends on your luck!

I was nauseous that day 18-06-23 and throw up a bit, feeling headache also. And i go to the massage with My Mom. We then go to a massage. My therapist is called Ibu Happy and she was great, she know the acupresure point to press to make me feel better. She was very kind and very talented therapist imho. Not cheap $140 And the front desk arrange for me a guy from Pakistani I just want to make sure he can do the job professionally ( confirm from front desk manager ) It was the horrible nightmare ever in my life for massage experience. He doesn’t all step by step technique is totally wrong . Step wrong , pressure point wrong , cracking technique wrong , nearly damage my leg knee part ligament pain .
