Got there at 7:50am, got helped at 8:20am, sat waiting for a file till 12pm, got helped at 1:55pm, got sent to the wrong place, and when i got to the right place, they refused to help and by which it was their fault for putting us in a wrong line! until 3pm, which is then why i decided to leave. Plus my pregnant wife was with me the entire time (38weeks). Staff don’t know procedures, and fails to communicate effectively with first-timers. They do 50% work and 50% talking to colleagues. And by the way, we were number 16, and took the entire day to help. Just 16.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. They make you appointments 2 months out and then schedule you for 8 AM but the Dr. doesn't even come in until 12. Or you get there at 7 AM and they put people in order of their liking not based on your number and not based on the elderly or the fragile. Younger relatively healthy people coming in HOURS after everyone, are put first if they just tell the front desk that they can't wait. It's Absolute madness. And you will return multiple times before they help you with necessary tests, you may die first. How can people be so arrogant to show up to work when they want while people are waiting with appointments as though our time doesn't have any value.

Best Clinic in South Africa. Friendly, helpful and on the ball even when overwhelmed with people. Was really impressed. Not only with face to face but also over the phone services! Well done guys

The dentist DR. Robertson or similar really did a number on my teeth. I went for an extraction, got 8 injections. Tooth was still not dead. He struggled to pull it out so he opted for BREAKING the tooth off and left the rest in the cavity. I have a lot of pain after this, he tore my gums and the side of my mouth. Asked him to stop and he wouldnt. I think this clinic might want to check his paperwork if he is legit or not. This felt like a backyard special. Lots of pain because teeth was still live. The injections was soooo painful too. Please refrain from seeing this man as he will just hurt you..
