Die swakste diens ooit, mense wat van 8h tot laat middag sonder hulp ander word weg gewys, susters loop rond en maak asof hulle die plek eien, is daar nie n nommer om hulle te report nie?

I had an appointment at half past 10, my observations was done after 11, elderley people are still waiting and not helped,youn ger people without appointments get helped before older people. Its not who you are, its who you know!!!!! And apparently the sister that I had to see decided that my case is not important I can make another appointment although she didnt even ask if I still got any chronic medication left, which I dont!!!! If you dont look like your living off the streets, youll wait to be helped untill doomsday!!!!! fit people without appointments will be helped looooong before you!!!! Its time you look into who you appoint as staff!!!!!

Very slow I was here from 7:15am and still sitting here waiting to be seen. I was 9th in line when the doors opened and 6hrs later still waiting went to find out why so long was told I must wait to be called to observation room first then when done wait again until called. How do they justify this long wait!!!!! Seriously need to rethink their system. Clearly it's not working.

Usual wait is 4 plus hours. The sisters and staff are friendly but not always able to be helpful. Clinic is very clean.

The service is always extremely slow. During my last visit it took 4,5 hours before I could finalise my business

It was a really short visit to get the best vaccination experiences ever.
