Visiting from USA and stopped in for a "pub style" lunch. This place did not disappoint. I ordered the BLT which came on a large baguette with very thick cut bacon. So delicious! Fries were thick, large, square cut and cooked just right. Beer was cold and tasty. Really enjoyed this place. Staff was friendly too. Parking can be tough, but if you're familiar with the area I think there are some "hidden" off street parking places. Can't go wrong with the Grasshopper!

Such a disappointment. The place was cold, very cold. The only heating was an open log fire. Many pubs have wonderful open fires that really work. Not this one, tiny fire with very few logs. Most customers had their overcoats on! The food was very poor and expensive. Generally the venu is tired and grubby. Such a disappointment because it's in a good location. Not worth a visit there are other pubs in Westerham.

Awful! I can’t believe the other reviews. This was a nostalgic trip back for us and what a disappointment. Surly, curt staff; burnt, bland food; tatty surroundings. Never again, I can only imagine they must rely on passing trade as you simply wouldn’t go back. £50 for 2 vegetarian Sunday lunches and 2 drinks.

Mushrooms so old they'd turned back to soil and tasted fowl. Ruined the whole breakfast, when attempting to say something to staff it was shrugged off as a so what, not my problem and had the cost re read to me.. Avoid if your a working man wanting real food.

Food was OK, typical pub food. Main attraction was being able to have our meal in the garden so that the grandchildren could run around without being too much of a pain to other people

Good food - the 'breakfast loaded baguette' is quite something! And they keep Harvey's best - worth the visit in itself. Atmosphere a little dark but welcome and service good.

The best ever meal I’ve had in a very very long time. Faultless. And complimented by very friendly staff. If it was decent I would have kicked my plate.

Our starter, main & dessert were delicious. Cheerful and attentive service from the staff all set in an establishment steeped in history. Will definitely return.

Had a lovely lunch here, the staff were so nice and helpful. The food was excellent I had the homemade beef burger and chips, so tasty and well cooked, chips were the best crunch and fluffy A good choice of drinks too and reasonably priced This is my go to now whenever I’m in Westerham. Thank you

Everything about this pub was good. From the staff to the food and beyond. Excellent steak & ale pies, huge rib eye steak and cheesecake to die for! What more could you want? Thank you, lunch was great! They even have a small car park at the rear of the pub, but be careful driving through as the entrance is quite narrow.

This is a great eating pub! The staff are bright and friendly, and the food is good. It can get busy and the seating is tight but, it's well worth a visit - I've been there quite a few times. 😀👍

Lovely local pub with a real fire! that do a great breakfast. I had the poached eggs with avocado & and smoked salmon on toast, with a delicious coffee. Perfect. There's a car park to the rear that makes it a great location to meet from further afield. Everyone very kind and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Great service here. We came in 5 mins after they had stopped doing food. However within a few mins we had ordered and then within about 20 mins served up with fish and chips and scampi and chips. All delicious.

Fantastic atmosphere in this very friendly pub and restaurant. Always made to feel very welcome by the excellent attentive staff whether visiting for one of their great selection of beer and wine, or for their wonderful food. Highly recommend a visit to this historic house that caters for everyone.

Friendly Staff...well one young lady could do with a bit of Attitude Attention...but other young lady was professional. Food was absolutely stunning, we had the Homemade Steak & Ale Pie...and it has to be one of the best Homemade pies I've ever had...so top marks to whoever cooked it. Lovely little pub in a stunning place, never stopped in Westerham before, buy will definitely be going back...and going back to the Grasshopper On The Green.

I rarely write reviews however I felt compelled to do so after my visit to the Grasshopper on the Green last weekend. My family and I had the most pleasant of afternoons enjoying Sunday lunch. The food was amazing and the staff very friendly and fully clothed! Thank you to the management and staff who made our afternoon celebration a wonderful memory. Brad Terry

We had a really good meal here. I had the fillet steak and it was lovely. The steak was cooked perfectly, I loved the mushrooms with it and the chips were perfect. My wife had a burger and that was good too, really high quality meat. The service and ambience was good. We will definitely go back.

Lovely meals here after first day LED high bay light installation project. We had two of the famous beef pie and a miinute steak chips. So well cooked and the steak is very tender and pie is so full of layers, we can feel the freshness and the pleasure of good food.
