An undiscovered gem!! They do a simple menu very well and it’s brilliant!! Service was fantastic - attentive at all times! The best ribs I’ve had in several years.

Visited 12/10/23. My 300 gram sirloin steak was cold. My wifes plankie steak was also cold and extremely fatty. There was just one waiter to attend to everybody. He ran up and down like a lunatic and did an excellent job since he had to make all the coffees himself and run the cash register/computer and bar too. We probably caught an off night.

Informal setting. Limited menu but everything on it is excellent. Easily of the best pizzas in Town. No doubt about the streaks, it is excellent.

Best steak and ribs in George by far. We only order steak here as no where in George matches up. Jake is a legend on the grill! Service is friendly and always a fun vibe going on.

Nice little local hangout with a small menu and limited seating. We were walk in customers and did not have a booking, but a table were made available to accomodate us. The food was very good. Allthough the maitre d' wasn't the most pleasant person the service was almost good, wich would be better if more staff was available. Overall a nice experience but would be better with at least one smile...

We got told that this is the place with the best steak in town, so of course we had to try it out. And yes, AMAZING steak! Also very cute place, great people and good service. Definitely coming back soon - thanks a lot for a great and lekker evening!

These ribs and steaks!! WOW! Also, I'm quite the pizza enthusiast, and no pizza will ever suffice anymore except for Rendezvous' pizza! Freshest food, clean stations, friendly staff, great atmosphere.

Wanted a table for 5 today 13 Dec 22 , called earlier no answer, left whats app message at 0900 its now 11h56 still no reply. Hours on the website show 12h00 to 21h00. Obviously don't need my custom.

Great local hideaway restaurant. We had steaks all round. Extremely well prepared food. Our waiter was prompt and attentive. Prices very affordable. Restful atmosphere.

Didnt get the chance to try the food since Rendezvous decided that they could not host our event a week before the date. No reason was given. The best steak in the world could not make up for such a lack of professionalism.

Look I've never actually been there, the owner is pretty cool though. That pigeon made me write this review, I can't pronounce its name, but trust me, don't mess with it. Just go eat there, you will be absorbed.

Just HAD TO go try the “best steak in town” and indeed it was good! Relaxed atmosphere. Kind and friendly service. Limited menu (which is nice!) And REALLY good food(!) at reasonable prices. Popular hidden gem so consider booking a table before you go.

Last night (11.04.23) we had my husband's 30th birthday at Rendezvous. What a night to remember. Thank you for the amazing service, amazing food. Thank you for all your help getting everything ready. You guys really did it once again.

The best steak in town! Good atmosphere located at one of George's bowling clubs where locals love to catch a great bite. I can also reccomend the pizza, generously topped and tasty

We heard the steaks are great at Rendezvous. So, we decided to try that and sure enough it is true, the steak is excellent. Located on the side of the Bowling Club, the restaurant parking entrance is not the normal Bowling Club entrance, its around the traffic circle at the back of the club buildings. Easy after the first time. It's a casual experience, they have spare ribs on one day of the week, currently Monday. So you would be wise to phone ahead to enquire about the daily menu to avoid disappointment. There is seating inside and outdoors. It was full when we went, fortunately we had made a booking. Service was good, music was enjoyable, and pricing was very good. Highly recommended.

They have the best steak egg and chips ever. We are regulars at Rendezvous. Worth a visit. They are only open Monday to Fridays. Lunch and dinner.
