Unique set up. Although a limited seaview it makes up for it with a sea sand floor and lovely fireplace Live bands play there on weekend. Good selection of variety of foods. Full bar including original cocktails. It is wheelchair friendly but may be difficult on a sea sand floor

A little bit of KOKOMO in Mossel Bay!! The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Our server was super friendly and efficient. The ribs are perfect... The prawn delicious.. Can't recommend enough.

Pleasantly surprised by how nice this place is. Cool 90's 80's music vibe, feet in the sand, good friendly service, beautiful thought-through decor details make this place unique and their food is good and hearty but not super oily. Their menu could do with a few more veggies for us healthier guys. The vegetarian option is quite good, even the rice was super tasty

Lovely place slightly hidden away. (Follow the locals.) I had Hake and Chips - Wife had Surf and Turf both meals were excellent. The setting was interesting - an unused railway station.

What a wonderful surprise when we walked into this little paradise. It felt like we entered a Beach Cafe on a exotic island. The sand below your feet, the palm trees, beach hut and fire pit all add to the experience of being on holiday. The food was out of this world delicious and presented with such heart and love. They also have a vegetarian platter that is fantastic. Natasha was our friendly waitress who was attentive and sweet. This is truly a must visit for locals and tourist. I will definitely be coming again soon and I will make a point to tell everyone visiting mosselbay to visit this little gem on the Harbour.

Glad we happened upon this place! The atmosphere was great- very down to earth and fun vibe. Food was awesome - we had the prawns, seafood platter and Hake and chips... So good! Maggie was our server and she was warm and friendly and have excellent service! Wish we had time for another dinner here!

Love the vibe, people are very friendly and you feel welcome. I loved the Mussels and the Mussel soup. And I loved the Live music. And the fact that the restaurant is build on the beach.

Plain burger as well as prawns (HUGE) were delicious. Mossel soup devine. Relax, feet in the sand, kind of place. It is a bit expensive, but worth it.

Really bad, we got smoked out as they could not get the fireplace going and was not very accommodating to seat us somewhere else knowing that everyone was complaining about the smoke. Hope they will realize that they have to make it comfortable for customers to stay, maybe next time we will be able to experience the food.

Our waiter Max was excellent! Curry and rice superb!!! Shooters were also nice Max!!

I fell in love with this place… Excellent and friendly staff. My friend and I visited them every day on our golf trip. Food was great. Drinks was on point. Live bands and a fantastic vibe.

Arrived late on a rainy Sunday at 20.50, kitchen was still open and we ordered the seafood platter for two. Although it was windy and rainy outside, we could sit next to a fireplace which is located inside a big tent with a proper chimney that you don't get smoked. In addition the sides of the tent were covered with moskito nets or something that we felt like beeing inside. Food was good although the scampi where a bit overcooked. Tables were cleaned before we sat down and staff was very attentive. Paying by card no problem and parking right in front of the entrance. Some chilled rock music played on the speakers. All in all good value for money and must be a good party location if the weather is better.

Went for a quick pitstop en route.What a pleasant surprise! Live music, great service and very good food. We had the Fish Basket, calamari was great! Down to earth, unpretentious and rustic - better than some hoity toity places! We'll be back

We had a lovely waiter. We took our time before we ordered. Had something to drink. I had the eischbine. It was good. But had better. Felt it was dry. My husband’s fish, he left half unfortunately. Didn’t enjoy it. Said it tastes as if it was half frozen when it was made. The vibe was good.

It's definitely my go-to spot. Always remarkable service, amazing food, and a lovely family atmosphere. With kind-hearted staff that always makes you feel welcome and comfortable! You didn't visit Mossel Bay if you didn't visit La Paron Visskerm. 100% the best!

Excellent fish, excellent live music, good location, friendly staff. Overall a place you can go to anytime. Big fires when it's cold and enough seating.

A real hidden gem with the best comfortable laid back atmosphere. The food ( especially the hake and chips) is stunning. Service from Brad was fabulous 👌

BRAD ....was a excellent WAITER...we all enjoyed him very much. THE FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY DIVINE. PENSIONERS DAY R59 RAND For Fish or Chicken and A free glass of wine . it's a Must......... we will be going Tues and Thurs from now on. THERE ARE other specials during the week. They will what's app us on them. Sunday no specials And very busy so get there early.

Very nice setting, and very well presented restaurant. Definitely worthwhile and especially for Beef lovers. We enjoyed the food, service and relaxed atmosphere.

Laid back and relaxed atmosphere with sand between your toes, even accommodating for cold rainy days. The ribs and prawns were exceptional. Friendly and attentive service. 🍤🍹
