The rooms seemed a little older, but everything was clean, maintained and overall would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the breakfast.

Hotel is really nice, stuff is really pleasant and polite. German and English speaking. Breakfast is good, fresh and tasty.

This hotel is a bit quirky. Lovely room but no air conditioning in it. We had to ask for a fan. Great choice for breakfast. Hot and cold buffet. Too many items to mention. My favourite was the smoked salmon.

Excellent stop over for the night on our way to Australia. Big family room with 3 single beds in one room, and a double in the other room. Great breakfast with such a nice and helpful service. Thanks for a nice stay to all the staff members..

Arrived here after being delayed, detoured, beaten down, demoralized and generally inconvenienced on the so-called "Autobahn", on which I was foolish enough to attempt to travel in a motor vehicle with the vain and arogant assumption that I would reach my intended destination within 4 OR 5 HOURS OF THE TIME I ACTUALLY WANTED TO! This welcoming, clean and friendly house of respite greeted me in the parking garage (costs extra) with a vending machine with (relatively) cold beer on offer for €2 a pop , which provided much needed refreshment. Our room was super clean and the breakfast was great (costs extra, but worth it). Super friendly service as well, especially at breakfast. Do yourself a favor and stay here. Does anyone else think Miles Davis did his best work at the Plugged Nickel?

Very comfortable specious rooms for less than other **** hotels. Not too modern, still fine. Also typical 4 star hotel breakfast = excellent. Out best value for money choice on the way from Poland to southern France.

Good option in Gera although looks a bit old. Nevertheless way better than other places in the city. Rooms are spacious and clean, although you can feel the spirit of 90', hotel restaurant is really good and overall service top class

Volle Punktzahl für dieses wunderschöne Hotel. Wir würden sehr freundlich und herzlich an der Rezeption begrüßt. Diese Freundlichkeit zog sich durch den Aufenthalt 😍 die Zimmer waren sehr einladend, liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, ausreichend Handtücher zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück ließ absolut keinerlei Wünsche offen 😃 mein Mann, unsere beiden Kinder (7 und 9 Jahre) und ich waren begeistert und können das Hotel definitiv empfehlen!

Sehr freundliches Personal. Zentrale, ruhige Lage. Das Frühstück ist gut. In der Lobby gibt es eine Spielecke für Kinder. Das Abendessen in der Hotelkneipe ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt. Parkplätze nach Verfügbarkeit kostenfrei, im Parkhaus kostenpflichtig.

Hotel ist sehr schön. Es fehlt auf den Zimmern eine Klimaanlage bzw. ein Safe. Was ich unverschämt finde ist,dass man als Hotelgast fürs Parkhaus 12€ pro Nacht bezahlen muss,wenn man vor Dr Tür keinen Parkplatz bekommt. Service super. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Gepflegtes Haus,Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, zum Frühstück war jeder Zeit von allem ausreichend vorhanden. Jedoch sollte in jedem Zimmer ein Safe sein, gehört mittlerweile zum Standard.

Mein Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend Platz für ein paar Tage. Zum Innenhof war es auch ruhig. Meine Kollegen zur Straße hatten die ganze Nacht die Straßenbahn die vorbei fuhr. Das Frühstücks Buffet hatte alles was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht, von Konfitüren über Wurst und Käse und auch Eier und Bohnen. Ich würde wieder hier Einchecken 👍

Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr freundlicher Service. Das Zimmer war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, alles war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren definitiv nicht das letztemal dort, empfehlen es gerne weiter👍

Ich kenne das Hotel schon sehr lange, es hat sich seitdem finde ich nur der Name meistens geändert die Zimmer sind immer noch die selben, was ein wenig ärgerlich ist. Vom Preis-Leistung finde ich es ein wenig übertrieben, klar es soll ein 4 Sterne Hotel sein was ich aber persönlich nur der Gastronomie zurechnen kann dem Zimmer eher nicht so.

Zimmer mittlerweile sehr alt, nicht heruntergekommen aber auch nicht up to date. Servicemitarbeiter vorne an der Rezeption war freundlich aber nicht sympathisch. Der Kellner Abends im Restaurant war dafür super! Für eine Nacht ist das Hotel okay, würde hier aber bspw. keine Woche Urlaub machen wollen.

There are a lot of things to say. For starters, this is not a 4 stars hotel as they say, the breakfest is very poor and the same every single day. I can't belive that on 4 stars, they don't have bacon and deserts. Next bad thing are the elevators, one of them moves so slowly( 3-5 minute from lobby to 4th floor). Another anoying thing is the fact, that they close the terrase after 10 p.m. and shut down the lights before 12 in the lobby, no matter if there are people or not, the last thing... they close also the interios court. They did't change the scheets on the bed for 10 days( 4 stars????). The only good thing is that some of the rooms are quite big. In the bathroom they have a cheap showergel that smells like a snaps(alcoohol). I'm trying to remember good things about this hotel, but unfortunelly there aren't. + pets are allowed.
