I
spent
5
nights
and
I
am
still
wondering
how
did
this
hotel
got
5
stars…
Furniture
is
old
with
a
noisy
fridge
in
the
room,
the
pool
wasn’t
possible
to
use
(most
probably
because
of
Ramadan’s
rules
but
no
clear
info
from
the
front
desk),
the
food
at
the
breakfast
was
quite
cheap.
There
was
carpet
everywhere
in
the
room
so
if
you
have
asthma,
I
do
not
recommend
it.
They
don’t
seem
to
be
used
to
receive
international
clients,
some
staff
was
staring
at
me
while
I
was
having
my
breakfast.
Rooms
were
clean
and
the
two
cleaners
I
encountered
a
couple
of
times
in
the
corridor
were
nice,
smiling
and
friendly
(a
lady
and
a
man).
At
the
front
desk,
the
receptionist
called
Riham,
was
very
rude
with
a
bad
attitude.
They
don’t
welcome
you
when
you
go
through
reception
to
reach
the
elevator.
A
hello
would
be
appreciated.
Riham
ruined
my
last
day
with
her
attitude.
The
location
is
great
though
and
the
security
makes
you
feel
safe.
However
I
wouldn’t
recommend
this
hotel
as
it
is
right
now.
They
need
some
improvements.
Most
of
them
need
a
training
to
learn
about
hospitality
in
tourism
sector.
Some
suggestions:
add
a
small
bouquet
of
fresh
flowers
in
the
room
on
the
day
of
arrival
(I
am
sure
you
could
get
some
from
the
hotel’s
garden),
open
the
curtains
to
have
some
lights,
remove
the
carpet
in
the
rooms,
ask
your
staff
to
be
smiling
and
welcoming,
write
a
welcoming
note
and
display
it
on
the
bed
to
welcome
your
clients
on
their
first
day,
send
an
email
prior
their
arrival
with
useful
info
about
the
hotel/the
city.
Small
details
make
a
difference
and
would
help
us
believe
the
hotel
has
5
stars.
