I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The only good part of the hotel is the staff working: at reception, in the restaurant, at the gym, and the housekeepingC they all exceed expectations and merit five stars. Unfortunately, hotel management brings this rating down to one star due to the way they treat the staff. Many people work here but are paid pittance wages without any promotions. The food menu is not great but the chefs do their best to provide the best quality meals they can. The restaurant has been under construction for what feels like years with no end in sight. Avoid this hotel and encourage your organization to do the same

Classy Hotel is a nice play to stay. It is located in ANKAWA next to US embassy so safety is not an issue. They have good facilities like Gym, Pool, Spa available inhouse. Greek Grill restaurant located in the hotel offer a good variety of food. There is also a pub in Hotel

Very nice hotel, I know the place for years now. Very friendly staff, nice rooms, good service, and fair prices. The rehabilitate the whole hotel now and make it like brand new.

This is one of the best hotels in Erbil. You can rest assured that all services are actually classy. The rooms are clean and comfy. The staff is well trained and professional. Food is great. I have been a regular visitor to this hotel for the last five years and every time they continue to impress me. Prices are affordable, and for those who organize events: this is the right place for your participants or trainees.

A very bad for everything no wife good

I do recommend this place I stay for 10 days the room& the service good people they are there for any think we ask the rooms clean the food delicious if I come back to Erbil I will stay again at this place

Unfortunately, they cheated on me for the first tine though i love that place. I checked in 2pm, they called me at 1am telling me that the KRG implemented a new tax system 10%. The funny thing is that why they didn’t tell me that when i checked in the afternoon!!?? So that, I’m bot responsible for your mistake. As well as, the tax is not applied retroactively. At the end, they forced me to pay extra charges under the article of tax and they didn’t let me talk to the DG.

Its not really 5 star comparing with the money we give

The price was high but the staff was nice

Had my suite on the 6th floor, really bad and smell nasty, moisture in the ceil, shower leaking, water in the ground around the toilet, broken bed, also the buffet was very cheap. This hotel should be one star.

It’s located near our house in Ankawa-Erbil-Iraq! The hotel is classy as its name! The staff are all very welcome and helpful! It’s location is very strategy as it’s near the entrance of Ankawa! If you ever visit Ankawa try this hotel and don’t hesitate to write a review about it! You can thank me later

Never let's you down. Decent gym and pool downstairs

The hotel is super convenient in terms of location and price. The morning buffet is amazing. The only downfall is the actual cleanliness of the room and shower. The do take CC which is a plus.
