Nice small chapel at the top of the rock. Many stairs to get up there. Worth the hike. 1-1,5 hour hike. Stunning views at the top

This little chapel on top of a steep rocky hill is quite amazing and offers fantastic views down to the valley. Definitely worth the hike although you do need to use some leg muscles in order to get there. With bad weather conditions (a lot of snow and/or ice) it can be a bit of a challenge.

After a short and steep hike from the town I reached this little chapel on the top of the mountain. Fantastic view from there. A must see for anyone visiting this area.

Very nice hiking spot, amazing view, close to winter the trail has some ice parts, there are 2 ways from the restaurant. You better take the short way with stairs

Nice and easy hike with a nice view on the Tegern Lake.

Totally worth the hike. Make sure to take your time on the way up and down as the path can be tricky at times. When you first see the Chapel you will ask yourself how is this possible? Once to the top you have amazing views over Tegernsee below.

Relatively short hike to reach an outstanding view

Wonderful hike during winter.

Was enjoying a peaceful and relaxing day at the lake when I noticed a tiny chapel on a cliff. Knew I had to go. Downed a Red Bull and then ascended this beast, and tbh wasn’t as bad as it looks. I was climbing on full adrenaline mode and talking to my babes on the phone tho so I had moral support. View ain’t half bad either. Recommend.

The view from the top is awesome and totally worth the hike!
