I
went
to
the
hospital
for
about
3
months
in
2014
for
treatment
of
circadian
rhythm
sleep
disorder/delayed
sleep
phase
syndrome.
My
company
and
co-workers
just
turned
a
blind
eye
to
me
because
I
was
working
so
hard
that
it
was
interfering
with
my
daily
life.
At
that
time,
I
was
living
a
life
of
disqualification
as
a
member
of
society,
feeling
like
a
needle,
feeling
bitter
and
pathetic,
and
my
self-esteem
was
at
the
lowest
point.
Because
there
were
no
specialists
nearby,
and
because
I
was
at
my
physical
and
mental
limit,
I
left
my
job
and
decided
to
contact
this
clinic,
even
though
it
was
far
away.
After
a
brief
interview
over
the
phone,
he
took
into
consideration
the
time
I
could
be
awake
at
the
time
and
the
time
I
could
realistically
attend,
and
arranged
a
time
for
my
first
visit
after
the
clinic
hours,
and
after
a
thorough
interview
and
examination,
he
examined
my
cognitive
behavior.
I
was
treated
with
therapy.
Afterwards,
we
were
able
to
restart
safely
thanks
to
the
teacher
and
all
the
staff
who
came
out
to
see
us
off
and
told
us
to
be
careful
driving
on
snowy
roads
even
after
hours.
In
2020,
when
I
was
forced
to
take
another
leave
due
to
the
coronavirus
pandemic,
my
rhythm
was
disrupted
and
my
days
and
nights
were
reversed,
but
it
was
not
realistically
possible
for
me
to
commute
to
the
hospital
from
the
new
location.
On
the
last
day
of
my
visit
to
the
hospital
in
2014,
he
said,
``There
are
some
people
who
are
prone
to
slippage,
so
even
if
something
happens
and
it
turns
around
again,
it's
okay
because
you
know
how
to
improve
it
next
time!''
Based
on
the
medical
records
from
that
time,
I
was
able
to
heal
myself
this
time.
The
complete
reversal
of
day
and
night
occurred
during
the
5-6
years
when
I
was
working
over
100
hours
of
overtime
a
month,
but
even
before
that,
oversleeping
early
in
the
morning
was
a
regular
occurrence,
and
I
often
suffered
from
oversleeping
during
important
situations
in
my
life.
Even
if
you
set
10
alarm
clocks,
you
won't
hear
any
of
them.
I
was
able
to
correct
the
misconceptions
and
explain
the
symptoms
in
an
easy-to-understand
manner,
one
by
one,
based
on
research,
and
was
able
to
cure
the
symptoms,
which
tend
to
be
dismissed
as
just
being
spoiled.
It
is
thanks
to
the
teachers
and
staff
that
I
am
able
to
live
a
normal
life.
