    Not enough personel, if you want some paint mixed better schedule some extra time. It does not help it is a dark crowded store. Update : After a renew of the complete store in 2021 this might not be true anymore.

    Unfortunately I had very good experiences with the staff from the morning shift, nevertheless, today (afternoon 17:30) The staff showed very little friendliness. I came with my bike and I needed to enter the shop with my bike because I needed to buy a specific tool, the access was denied.. because I had the bike by my side..
