Nicely appointed rooms, sauna, Turco, swimming pool kept clean, staff very professional, friendly always there to help. Buffet breakfast very good. Corner of Plaza principal.

I'd recommend this hotel to a friend and everyone. It's located on the main plaza of Girardot with free parking. Friendly staff, clean 👌rooms, and great for families or couples. It has Sauna and Turco. Bonus info: rooms have AC and thermoacustic windows for a restful night.

Great food, slow service but excellent cooking. If you like to eat on the dark this is an ok place. Literally I had to use my cellphone light to see the food. No joke, but the food taste excellent.

Hum pictures are deceiving, restaurant is not lit, kinda a bad food, no good cooks and or very little imagination. Restaurant not good!

I am greatly impressed with this Hotel. I don't usally write reviews and I have traveled in the past and stayed at alot of hotels around the world. I was impressed by the service and kindness to make my stay at the hotel a great one , everyone was kind and even with the english / spanish barrier of comunicating they where A+. The accomadations a 4 star + quality a great bed and bath area. The interior of the hotel has a beautiful tropical courtyard like and oasis. The food I would also rate very High as they cater to your taste and all fruits and meals fresh and cooked to your liking and better. I had a chance to order room service on a few occasions and each time they where great and fast in service. I also took advantage of the Salon and got a great and wonderful massage. Planning on returning in the future and looking forward to the same friendly treatment.

Not pet friendly, not emotional support animals allowed...overpriced and rude personal...not recommended at all...the new Manager "Don Manuel" doesn't care the client service.
