After 3 months of eating our way through Girona, La Ferla became one of a few standout restaurants. With French and Italian influences, each dish here is loving hand crafted using only their in house made pastas, local ingredients, and culinary flair - and expertise. The risottos and pastas are must-orders. The wine list is a dart board - no matter where you aim you hit. Kind and friendly and helpful staff round out a perfect dining experience. Move this one to the top of your list!

Such a gem in the old city. Enthusiastic and friendly host who guided us through the menu (great value btw) and wine choice. The food was delicious, from the hummus to the perfectly al dente pasta. The orange dessert was so simple but brilliant (which my husband declared was the best dessert he has had) Truly enjoyed our leisurely lunch! Grazie!

Very good and tasted good. High quality ingredients and very well cooked. A hidden gem in Barri Vell , 100% recommended. The menu (also on weekends) is a good value for money and tiramisu was excellent

Menu of the day was really good. Certainly a place to go to. Good staff, speaks little English. Reservations are really recommended, place was full within minutes. EDIT: This little gem popped up in my feed again, and I can't stress enough that this is really one of those hidden restaurants that serves Michelin-class food. Yes, it might be small, and yes, you will pass by it without knowing, but i went there because of the reviews left behind by other customers, and I have to say I was not disappointed at all. I put it in my favourites, and if someone believes I am not telling the truth, at least look at the pictures and tell me otherwise.

To find an Italian restaurant in the surroundings of the Cathedral in Girona is not easy, yet we found a little bit of Italy here. Very authentic food and wines, the owner is very pleasant and knowledgeable of his food. Great experience.

This restaurant and its food was the highlight of my stay in Girona. I love how welcoming and friendly the staff was. The food was brilliant, especially the Tiramisu. It was soo good that we had to go for seconds, I’ll visit Girona again just for the Tiramisu 🤌🏽

This was a wonderful experience with some of the best food on our eight week trip, and wonderful attentive service. Our host suggested scallops to start, they were divine. We then had a pasta funghi, fabulous, and a risotto - the best I have ever had, (with butternut squash, scallops and more). Diners at the tables around us were also raving about the food! Highly recommended!

Fantastic food. We had starters of scallops and sausage/apple and then main cuttle fish risotto and rabbit. All taste great! They are very kind to kids as well.

A gem in the old city of Gerona. Very friendly staff, excellent daily menu (30 euro) with appetizer, entree, dessert, bread, and water included. We also loved the cappuccino!

Good, honest, “like Mama is cooking” italian food. We come again. Orange “La Ferla” is an inside tip 😉

😐 The food and location were wonderful. The price was really good. However the service is something to be desired, it took me a while to get my food and took me over 30 minutes to get my bill

😠 This was our second time here and the last time for sure. We tried the main dishes and they were terrible. It's the first time when you order a burger and it's coming without bread. The potatoes were very oily and cold...the burger raw...and the service was the worst, especially the girl /host from...
