Fortunate to have visited this hotel soon after its opening. The room felt brand new and was perfectly appointed. My friend and I booked two suites that had a shared private patio where we spent the evenings relaxing. Be sure to splurge on the the room with the soaking tub and shower. It really does feel like a private palace where you can discover secret little nooks. The attention to design is outstanding. There are two pools: one in a central outdoor courtyard, and another pool hidden in a cave, available only with a reservation for private use. I booked a facial lymphatic massage with pool and loved every moment. Breakfast is offered in the communal restaurant or in room (who doesn't love breakfast in bed?) Seemed like they were still working out a few service kinks, but the selection of meats and cheeses were delicious. I hesitated writing this review because I wanted this place to remain a secret, but I fear the secret is already out.

Merveilleuse découverte que cet hôtel situé dans une rue piétonne du centre historique de Gérone. C'est un palais de la noblesse médiévale qui vient d'être restauré avec un goût exquis et une attention au moindre détail. Tout y est raffinement, de la décoration à la restauration, on sent que chaque détail a été pensé ; bref, une des meilleures adresses en Catalogne, à ne communiquer qu'à ceux qui seront l'apprécier à sa juste valeur car l'hôtel ne compte qu'une vingtaine de chambres !

Solo voy a opinar del bar terraza que hay en su patio interior. Es un lugar con mucho encanto, fresquito, luminoso, muy tranquilo. Hemos pedido cerveza y refresco y nos han puesto de aperitivo unos chips de verdura. Muy agradable parada en el camino para seguir visitando Girona.

On n'était pas à l'hôtel mais on a pris des cocktails au Gipsy, dans la cour intérieure du Palau Fugit et c'est un souvenir inoubliable ! Des cocktails d'un très haut niveau, très originaux et d'une extrême finesse ! Dignes d'un plat gastronomique version cocktail ! Bravo !

Fabuleux hôtel de charme ! Un séjour dont je me souviendrai longtemps. Le personnel est prévenant et très professionnel. Le cadre est magnifique. Un hôtel qui a une âme.

Hotel INCREIBLE en el centre del barri vell ! Disseny creatiu, original i únic a Girona. Ubicació inmillorable per conèixer Girona. Molt recomanable per una estancia a la ciutat, prendre un aperitiu o un cocktail.

It’s must book place if you happen to be in girona. It’s a hotel and more like a chill, spa place you make a reservation for the spa and pool so you can be all alone so charming place under the ground. Food was super good service was way too good I took so long at the check out and the spa and no one knock out or bothered me. Definitely worth the visit.

The 5 stars are for the bar & lounge. I had one the best Margaritas in the world, no bluff. The barman is exceptional, highly professional and friendly. The service is excellent and efficient. The exclusive location set in the heart of the old town with a fabulous interior design is a must see on your next visit to Girona. Cheers.

Great experience. Must try restaurant and wine taste. Liked · The people in reception were very friendly and helpful. The menu on the restaurant is very good and the waiters were very friendly and professional. Food in the restaurant was excellent and they offer the option to have a wine taste that was also great. Best location also and a small but nice spa to relax included on the price. Building and rooms are cozy and charming as the city area. Disliked · The two girls on the breakfast were far from been friendly.

Beautifully restored old building in the historic centre. Attention to detail is fabulous. Our room was lovely, quiet & comfortable with a small patio & access to the pool from the front. The bathroom products are gorgeous. The staff were very helpful & kind, they even managed to secure us a table in the fabulous Normal restaurant which was amazing!! We will definitely visit again.

Establecimiento singular, diferencial , servicio impecable desde el momento de entrada y durante toda la estancia. Cabe destacar la amabilidad de la recepcionista y su interés para que estuviésemos bien atendidos en otros lugares de visita en la ciudad y alrededores. Mi esposa tuvo una gran idea en la elección de este hotel.

Really lovely new hotel right in centre of old town. Really friendly staff and delicious coffee ! Really quiet considering the hustle and bustle outside the main door.

Newly opened in the heard of Girona (ES). Great spot with attention to detail. Sundays they have alive concerts during apperitive time

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I booked two nights and ended up leaving after one since it was an experience way below standards. They tried to explain all issues as they are relatively new - but as they charge the same as other 4 stars hotels I don’t think it’s a valid excuse. A few issues that happened in our stay: - AC not working during summer, we had to move rooms in the middle of the night (around 2am) because it became unbearable. - spa pool very unpleasant since it was cold. Staff was notified and replied that they couldn’t do anything about it. - outdoors pool freezing and dirty - reception a lot of times empty and we had to waiting almost 20 minutes for them to come back - multiple times keys were deactivated and we had to go all the way to reception for them to reactivate - phone not working to call reception - cheese “did not arrive” that day for breakfast - Wi-Fi needs to be reconnected every few minutes On the pro side, location is great and the decoration is beautiful.

Fui el viernes pasado a hacer una copa i termine haciendo 2. Los cócteles muy buenos por estar en girona i ser un hotel de 5 estrellas lo encontré muy económico. Los camareros super agradables i atentos. Tanto la chica como el chico i el coctelero super rapido. Lo recomiendo mucho !!!Volvere a repetir💞

No puedo tener mejor opinión de este hotel. Tuvimos un percance y me ayudaron a buscar una solución óptima, rápida y siempre con una sonrisa. Además, las habitaciones preciosas, modernas y cómodas. Me encanta el estilo decorativo, la piscina y el desayuno. Hasta la próxima porque vamos a volver seguro!

Everything was great! Location and the place itself are lovely, food and drinks are excellent. Room service and cleaning need to be improved, but they are working on it hardly (hotel is completely new opened in July 23). The beds are so comfy! Restaurant and the bar are awesome
