Another Tourist Trap? I went into this bar and ordered 1/2 a litre of Estrella. They charged me 6,50 € for it. That is more than the double you pay for 1/2 a litre of San Miguel at Koenigs a short distance further on.

The food is really, but really bad. Small portions, expensive for what you get, but the worst part is the taste. Bland, heavily fried and swimming in vinegar. Contender for most nightmarish tapas experience in Spain so far. Avoid. Second star added for blues music and view over the river. -- And then back to one star based on probably the most self-destructive response to the review by the owner I have ever seen.. If Monty Python made up dialogue like that, audience would ask the them to ease up on the weed. The fact this place is still running gotta be one of Catalunya's top mysteries.

Are you kidding me? This place is awesome! We had a great time here our two days in Girona. Terrific rock music playing and the barman and local clients are great.

The best bar of the Barri Vell of Girona. Authentic experience of local beers, homemade vermouth and the best music. A mandatory stop for those who want to taste the sympathy of the hosts with good prizes. The morning waiter is the best example how welcoming the place is.

Loud music. Asked for 1L of sangria, got a small jug.

Place run by Clayton. Great playlist. Waiter, cooker, public relations and DJ and with the very best mix of all these. Not sure if that place would work without him. We had beers, vermouth and different cocktails together with great tapas. Hero’s place.

Expensive wine by the glass, unfriendly service and unaccommodating (specifically, if a bar does tapas but not desserts, is it really a problem if customers want to buy an ice cream takeaway from the place next door to have with their drink? We asked the girl nicely and she said NO! It's not allowed)

Friendly waiter, but drinks are SUPER EXPENSIVE. 10€ for a local beer and a 0.25l bottle of water.
