Nice, clean, air-conditioned room, friendly and helpful staff, great location very close to both the Eiffel Bridge and Independence Square, fifteen minute walk from the train and bus station. There was a bath in the bathroom but no way of diverting water to the bath taps from the shower and no plug. I appreciate that this is a measure to save water but after a day walking the streets of Girona there's no substitute for a bath to ease away the aches and pains in the feet, legs and back. We'd also booked a family room but the room we were given contained two single beds pushed together- this wasn't a big deal for us but might affect others if the same happened to them.

Great Location. Bad customer service! We payed with breakfast included, and on first morning, they were in a hurry for some reason, and were only giving us 10 minutes to eat!!! We said no thanks. We went to the front desk to complain and they said meal was not denied, it’s just that you have 10 minutes!! INCREDIBLE!! That was on top of other things…we will complain with Xperia because that is not a 4 star hotel!

All was good up until a few days after I checked out and noticed a second charge on my card from the hotel. I inquired with the hotel as to what it was for and they said for taking items from the mini bar. Very odd as I took nothing from the mini bar. Not sure if they charged my card in error for another room or it was not restocked after the previous guests, but the hotel staff had no interest in resolving it as multiple emails went unanswered. Unfortunate as the location is good but I do not recommend staying here.

In the center of Girona. Good rooms but no view (very small window) Reception staff are great and helpful No gym but spinning room and pool or so called big jacuzzi was close. Breakfast simple, big plus for fresh Orange juice from the machine. Unfortunately for coffee we had to wait 20min.. Unacceptable

Very nice cozy hotel downtown. Rooms are spacious, staff if helpful and breakfast sufficiently assorted. Only thing is that it is located in a pedestrian only area, so if you reach Girona by car you have to park not very close and rather expensively (40€ per night roughly)

Very well located hotel, we stayed for 2 nights, didn’t try the breakfast cause the hotel is pretty centric, cafes and restaurant are all around and close. About the service, it was very good, specially from Ruben kind and professional front office guy. Overall value for money is 100% worth it.

Gym and pool are closed. Breakfast service was quite manic and crowded. But location is very good.

The Hotel is spectacular, central to everything. Steps away from the emblematic red bridge. Clean and spacious room, with mini bar and safe. super nice staff. 100% recommended.

In my opinion this hotel isn’t 4* . It’s lacking something, the room was very basic. There wasn’t a remote for the TV so we had to use the buttons at the back of the tv and there wasn’t a remote for the air conditioner, the dials were a bit difficult to use😅 The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, but the room was a let down. We’ve stayed in 3* hotels where the room was better. The room was expensive it didn’t meet our expectations

I can easily forgive that the hotel needs a fair bit of cosmetic maintenance (see pictures of a few items) but the fact it felt physically unsafe wasn’t acceptable. The hotel uses a motion detector system to turn on hallway lights. Unfortunately, it’s not configured well. The dark picture below is my first two steps into the hallway (from either direction). The picture of the staircase was lightened automatically by my iPhone. And while it’s likely the city rather than the hotel that created the problem, there is a curb that is invisible to those of us with depth perception struggled (see grey stone picture). The two parts are a step of three inches. Tape (yellow or reflective) would really help. The breakfast was “meh”, they use only half the room (making it feel crowded), and the towels they insist on leaving take up the entire area by the sink. The person who was the Front Desk manager said that they were aware. (I’d asked to speak to the hotel manager but he refused to check.) I’d said I felt the problems deserved a one-star review. He told me I was wrong! No sense he cared at all (perhaps because I asked to speak in English and subtlety is English is tough.) He did have a safety light turned on in my hallway (which did help though it buzzed all the time). So three stars but I doubt I’d return. UPDATE Nov 17 - Google blocked my review because the picture of the hallway and the stairwell are too blurry. I totally agree as there of dark spaces. So I removed them and reposted.

A clean, quiet, friendly hotel in central location of Girona, close to all the key sites of the city. Room was clean and well equipped, although our room was due a makeover. Bed & pillows were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very nice, and offered a full range of continental and English breakfast. Staff were friendly. Hotel is ideal for business clients & tourists on a city break and would recommend to either.

Centrally located in Girona, close to plenty of restaurants and bars. Quiet hotel, breakfast buffet with a variety of things to eat. Bar and room service available. Looks a bit more worn down compared to my last stay here.

Perfect position for sites, restaurants and bars all within easy walking distance Staff all very helpful. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding.

Perfect location just across the Red Bridge from the old part of Girona. Or come out and turn right for yet another square with plenty of eateries. I'd come back.

Hotel is good. I visited already third time and this time I have disappoint of the service. All room servís very short. Staff is ok but previously they was much more nicer and did better quality service.

A taxi brought us from the station right to the door, so we did not have to drag our luggage over cobblestones. Our room was very well-equipped and comfortable, with double glazing. Excellent breakfast in the highly-rated Restaurant Blanc. But the helpful. friendly staff were the highlight all during our 3 day stay.

Excellent hotel, great location in the centre of town within a short walk of all the sights. Very professional and helpful staff. Room was a clean and a good size. The shower was good and the air con was excellent. Will be staying here again on my next visit to Girona.

Loved this hotel. We had two rooms that were behind a single entrance. Loved the decor. Staff was great and accommodating. Gave us breakfast to go when we had to wake up early. Eat in breakfast was really good. Bike room is top notch. Full set of tools.

We loved the proximity to Girona's historic center, the large room and bathroom. Staff is very kind too. Note that you have free access to the jacuzzi-pool. The room was clean and tidy although, as other people have mentioned, the maintenance in general could be better.

Ok so we booked this hotel passing through the city of Girona, first of all the parking for one night is 22 euros, the elevator smelled horrid during our stay and the room is just normal, it’s ok but a few stains and such... So this is not as good as the reviews say. Although decent

Location couldn't be better! Right in the city center, 2mins walk to a square full of nice restaurants and all the other city sites. Room was perfectly clean and spacious. The breakfast was nice, nothing special but good. Would definitely recommend. Option of both free and private parking, walking distance to the hotel.

Cute little hotel with excellent staff and a perfect location for touring Girona and the surrounding areas. We were able to walk to all of the sites in minutes and the surrounding restaurants are fantastic and a good value. People working here were some of the friendliest and most helpful front desk staffs I've experienced in my travels. One star off for the shower in the wheelchair accessible room, it would be much easier to use if they removed the glass pane and replaced it with a curtain so that the wheelchair can park in a way that makes getting on the seat easier and safer. Kudos for having the only adapted room with 2 beds in the center of town though!

Great short stay with my 2 sons while visiting my Daughter. Perfect location right in middle of this lovely City. Rooms small but clean, breakfast was OK would have liked to have seen omelettes or eggs to order. Staff helpful and friendly, I was able to extend my room for €30 which was handy. Definitely will return.

Very modern city hotel in the center of Girona. Nice comfortabel room and bathroom. Little detail: the shower crane is installed at the entry of the shower. I really love the idea! But it takes a while before the right temperaturen is found. Waisting a lot of water. A thermostatic crane would not be a luxury. Access by car is rather complicated. It was stressfull. Breakfast rather expensive but perfect.

Not suitable for guests with young children or mobility issues (apartments are 20 min walk from the hotel’s check in desk and parking). Bedrooms were freezing during the night. Receptionist hung up on me after we were locked out of the apartment.
