Was
VERY
disappointed
with
my
experience
here.
The
only
reason
I
am
not
giving
this
hairdressers
one
star
is
because
the
ladies
were
polite
and
tried
to
accommodate
despite
language
barriers.
I
went
in
with
a
clear
picture
of
the
colour
I
wanted
in
my
hair
which
they
said
they
could
do
for
a
high
price.
170€
seemed
pretty
high
to
me
but
they
explained
that
it
was
because
they
had
to
first
lighten
my
hair
and
then
put
a
second
colour
in
it
to
get
my
desired
result.
I
thought
well
why
not
if
I
get
what
I
want,
they
must
know
what
they're
doing.
Wrong.
The
lady
who
served
me,
to
her
credit,
cut
my
hair
very
well,
that
was
it.
In
brushing,
colouring
and
washing
my
hair
she
was
ruthlessly
rough
to
the
point
of
pain
from
how
much
she
was
pulling
my
hair.
I
was
in
there
for
two
and
a
half
hours,
her
colleague
assisted
with
commenting
on
the
colour,
which
she
approved.
I
could
tell
from
when
my
hair
was
still
wet
that
she'd
missed
the
mark,
it
was
much
darker
than
expected
and
without
any
of
the
rose
colour
I
requested.
Upon
drying
she
must
have
realised
this
too
as
she
kept
on
reassuring
me
that
the
lighting
was
bad
in
the
store
and
I
would
see
the
colour
in
the
sun.
I
was
unsure
but
gave
her
the
benefit
of
the
doubt,
paid
and
went
on
my
way
to
inspect
my
hair
in
the
sun.
Once
going
outside
I
could
see
I
had
been
right
and
the
colour
was
nothing
like
the
picture.
I
was
so
upset
I
cried
while
my
partner
and
I
went
to
dinner.
170€
for
a
painful
experience
and
wrong
colour
-would
HIGHLY
RECOMMEND
NO
GOING
HERE.
Felt
completely
ripped
off.
The
only
reason
I
did
not
go
back
the
next
day
and
demand
they
fix
it
was
that
we
were
leaving
Bordeaux.
