I had a terrible experience, not only when I went in for the consultation, but afterwards when I left my 1 star review. I deleted my review afterwards as Dr V responded revealing personal medical details, which I’m pretty sure is illegal, at the very least I found it unprofessional and it is not information I agreed to being shared. He was so angry with my review he looked me up on LinkedIn and publicly exposed where I worked and threatened to contact my employer and “seek to return the favour by ensuring your actions have repercussions” - this is a direct quote. Look at some of his responses to other 1 star reviews and make your own judgement. Comes off very unprofessional to me and that’s just what you see on google reviews. I am not going to delve into the experience I had when in the salon but there is no money in the world you could offer me to go back to that clinic! I have found much better doctors since.

Disappointing experience. Grateful for the free consultation but they specifically quote $5000-$5500 for out of pocket expenses for the particular surgery I’m seeking. After the consultation they printed out a quote for $15,000 and explained that the surgeon requires $9000 for theatre. They said they would check with management regarding the amount on the website but I never heard back from them. Lovely people in the Toorak clinic but be prepared for high costs that don’t reflect what’s initially advertised. Not a nice experience to go through when trying to correct a condition that has caused significant psychological distress for the past few years. You have so many great reviews - I don’t understand the need to be misleading for particular procedures.

i was going to go with skinclub for a thread lift, and i went in for a consultation but i felt judged the whole time. the doctor commented on how i should “focus on clearing up my skin” and that maybe i should change birth control pills (i was there for a thread lift consult not to have my acne pointed out) and when the doctor went out to organise the quote for the procedure he told the receptionist “she is going to need a payment plan” despite having the money ready to pay in full, i was judged on appearance and assumed i needed a payment plan? whole experience was kind of belittling so i have decided to go with another clinic instead.

Pleasantly surprised with how quick and painless it was. The treatment itself took less than 5 minutes too! I had my first ever cosmetic treatment done for my jawline, and the doctor and staff were so friendly. They made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole experience! Initially, I was quite anxious and nervous about the whole thing, but they reassured me by taking their time to educate me with the treatments and aftercare. They were also happy to explain and answer any questions I had, before and after the treatment. I'm more than happy and impressed by their professionalism!

Professional and great service. I saw Dr Vi. He was really reassuring and I didn’t feel pressured in any way or made to feel bad about myself like so many places do. He was efficient with an engaging personality as were the other staff. I felt really confident and then was blown away by their follow up. They care about their clients, not just the $’s they bring in. Prices and risks discussed thoroughly Would recommend without hesitation based on my visit.

If you are looking for beautiful natural results this is the place! Dr Vi is an amazing professional, he has the technical skills as well as the artistry required to get exceptional results. He takes the time to understand his patients, providing a thorough consult and explaining and recommending the right treatments. I love that he is also ready to say no! He will not perform a treatment that is not necessary, something that cannot be overlooked in the cosmetic industry which is filled with not so serious providers who are just interested in cashing in! I also highly recommend trying the skin range. So far I have tried their Vitamin A serum and hydration nourishing cream and loving the results. They sink into the skin beautifully, leaving no residue behind. It’s been 3 days of using these and I can already see improvements in texture and radiance. Also kudos to his team, who are always lovely and diligent, including calling you after every appointment to make sure your are recovering well and that any questions you may have are answered. In short, make the booking, you will not be disappointed.

Such a great experience today at Skin Club Cosmetic Doctors. Dr Vi was warm, friendly & extremely professional. We had a few laughs during the consultation as he thoroughly explained technique, risks and how to get me a natural result. So impressed with my filler and how he listened to my thoughts and concerns. Could not recommend them enough! I went there for Botox on frown line and they then examined my whole face and told me everything “I need” they then told me the cost , and said do I want to go ahead? I’m so so proud of myself that I know I didn’t what they were saying . It turned out to be Botox and fillers all over my face and that is not Even what I went in for. They told me That is what I needed ! They then asked if I want to go ahead. I said no and they were fine with that. He knew straight away when I got up off that Chair I knew what was going on. I will be forever grateful and thankful to Dr Vi , he is a great doctor with such a cool personality , this was my second surgery, my first surgery didn’t go well as my expectations with unappealing scarring ,and i consulted number of doctors for advice before but he was the only one who gave me hope , i was in a bad state of mind but he brought my confidence back. It’s been just a day but iam so happy with my result already . I feel that it was the best decision for me to choose him to perform the surgery.he is an extremely qualified doctor with good skills . He is not at all money minded but instead believes in the well being and satisfaction of the patients. The services was amazing and the staffs were really cooperative .

The chemical peel treatment I had for my scars and pigmentation issues was surprsingy effective. I didn't know how reliable chemical peels are for serious issues like that, but it turns out there are some heavy-duty chemical peels that get the job done.

I highly recommend Dr Shams! He is phenomenal! He really cares about the work that he does and tries his best to always achieve perfect results that you're happy with. He also educates you in consultations to ensure that you make informed decisions about your procedures. I am always 100% comfortable when I see him. The customer service team are also lovely. I've easily had some of the best customer service experiences that ever I've received in Australia with them. Lip fillers went alright, and liked how they turned out, yet my jaw slimming and anti wrinkle injections didn’t do much of anything. I went back and got a second round to see if it would change the results and nothing changed again. Feel like I kind of wasted my money especially since I put my trust in the doctors, and they insisted that I get a second round yet having the same non-results..
