I bought earrings that were supposed to be silver and in less than a year they are discoloured. To think that I also paid a lot for it. Avoid this place, if you want to buy jewellery. To the owners, if I'm ever in Cairo again, I'll be sure to bring back the fake items you sold me.

The manager made a racist remark to me in front of other customers. Totally and absolutely unacceptable. There are numerous other places to purchase from. Take your business elsewhere.

Nice shop, some items of high quality, some not. Great customer service. Tourists beware of the price strategy and be prepared to barter. Found out later we paid a very high marked up price for a custom gold cartouche.
