I bought a promise ring from this place and it was the worst jewelery purchasing experience I have ever had. The stones kept falling every 2 or 3 days and I had to return to ask for getting it fixed. I had to ask them for a refund because it was inconvenient to keep returning every week asking for it to be fixed. The seller kept convincing me it is normal that stones fall off that frequently and it is something they cannot guarantee because it is based on consumer's usage of the ring. What the hell is this?! I asked for a refund, they refused. I asked for a replacement from a different better branch instead and I paid a difference in the rate for 250 egp. This branch of More and More is the worst in customer service and quality.

The staff is so helpful there. The items are a bit expensive but they are having discounts now which makes it really convenient. I like that they have cufflinks too

They offer unique pieces of Egyptian, Turkish and Italian silver. The staff are friendly and they update you if there's a sale. Prices are overrated however, compared yo other shops of the same quality.
