We
booked
a
2
week
trip
with
GAT.
They
always
had
someone
to
meet
us
and
handle
all
of
our
needs
at
every
location
that
we
went
to.
Our
guides
were
good
and
we
had
no
complaint
with
them.
Yasser
in
Cairo
was
great
and
we
really
appreciated
his
help.
GAT
worked
with
us
to
help
us
accommodate
and
store
extra
luggage
which
was
very
helpful.
They
were
also
great
in
dealing
with
multiple
different
flight
times
amongst
our
group
and
arranging
and
transporting
us
back
and
forth
to
the
airport.
However,
we
did
have
trouble
when
booking
the
tour
with
pricing
not
being
consistent
and
we
had
to
talk
to
them
multiple
times
to
get
the
pricing
correct.
We
also
had
trouble
with
hotel
rooms
and
with
the
choice
of
one
of
our
hotels.
We
traveled
with
a
group
and
with
children.
The
children's
rooms
would
often
be
on
another
floor
or
far
away
from
parents.
This
is
not
ideal
for
most
families.
Lastly,
we
were
booked
at
a
hotel
in
Hurghada
that
was
not
even
open
anymore.
We
were
told
we
were
getting
a
free
upgrade
to
the
neighboring
resort.
That
resort
was
in
better
shape
than
the
original
resort
(thankfully)
but
it
was
far
from
what
we
would
consider
an
ideal
resort.
I
feel
that
GAT
should
have
known
about
the
resort
being
closed
(due
to
COVID)
and
should
have
also
known
that
the
resort
was
really
a
2
star
resort
not
a
4
or
5
star
resort
as
stated.
They
did
contact
the
management
to
try
to
help
us
fix
the
immediate
problems
when
we
checked
in
so
I
do
appreciate
that.
However,
the
resort
and
so
many
other
problems
(food,
cleanliness,
employees,
etc.)
that
could
not
be
fixed
that
it
was
not
enjoyable
at
all.
Definitely
not
a
good
way
to
end
our
trip.
