I went to get coffee, and I understand that they are only drive thru at this moment. But what about people who want to take away the coffee?? They told me that they can't serve me because I don't have a car. Really? You guys want me to go buy a car first to get a coffee? Should I go buy a 30000 Dollar car to get a 2 Dollar coffee now?? This was the worst experience ever. I never expected that from any Tim Hortons. On the other hand, the Tim Hortons in Sydney serve to everyone who just walk by for a coffee and don't ask them to buy a car.

Went for a drive with my parents to get some hot drinks for our drive. My father wanted to try a cappuccino since I had recommended it and I have had it at other locations and wanted him to try it. The person at the drive through window did not know what a cappuccino was and asked him if he meant a latte? then asked if he meant a cold drink? (I wish I was kidding) after explaining what it was to someone who works at a coffee shop we said never mind and ordered a coffee. Once up to the window another person gave us our drinks and my father asked why they didn't know what a cappuccino was and this person also did not know and could not make it for us nor did he even try to make one just said "Sorry, I don't know what that is" passed us our coffee's and left to take another order. It was so rude I was shocked. I am not one to write a review but this service was so poor. Are they getting trained? Sad to see, I hope they can improve.

Very poor service and coffee made wrong like always. Not surprised I don't know why I continue to give them my service. Never new listening to someone give you there order could be so difficult. Take pride in your job and do it correctly or go work somewhere else.

They have no signs there I did not know where the hell to order most if not all other places have a sign hanging from the roof or something on the floor but here nope I went to one area where there was someone and then the cashier walked away by the time I realised where to order there was a mile long line up 0/10 do not recommend there's a Tim's just up the street leave the parking lot then turn right then lief keep going and you'll see it not much of a drive and alot better of a Tim's there

They are cheap and stingy on almost everything I have ordered the staff are either lazy or undertrained I have ordered lots from this location and not once have they done a good job, I have had tims from all over Canada and this is the worst location period.

Card was slightly bent and still usable. Drive the wouldn't even scan it was forces to go inside and was late for work as a result. Every time I go through membertou Tim Hortons I always have issues. Stale donuts or poorly made coffee. Terrible

Rude behavior towards my kids , they were sad One a lady staff shouted to my kids. I can't believe this place is belongs to glace bay!

most times they get the coffee right. But the days that they don't is a complete headache, destroying the day. people are polite.

Coffee and donut were great! Drive thru was fast!

It was delightful. Their ice coffee are one of the best and the roll up the rim is absolutely wonderful.
