👍 Used the app whilst parking here and for central Glasgow it was a good price. The car park is relatively tight so would not recommend for large 4x4s or long vehicles. Took a star off for having the cleanliness of a typical car park People often mention park, parking,

Parked here yesterday around midday as it was the nearest car park to where we were going. Never again. There were several places on the stairs that had clearly been used as a toilet and there were an array of individual totally off their faces on god knows what going in and out of the lifts and entrances. Was like something out of a movie. Disgusting and unsafe.

This carpark is unattended 90% of the time. Car park barriers are always malfunctioning and have to wait on hold for a call centre in the Philippines to get them to manually open the barriers and they usually disconnect the call if they can’t. On my last visit ncp charged my card twice.

So difficult to find pedestrian entrance to the parking lot. Its like back door way with suspicious people hanging about. High concern of safety on stairways as well. Not sufficient and clear sign posted for lifts and exits and entrances. May be one of the cheapest parking in Glasgow City and it feels that way too. Safety is the main concern.

Used it as staying at the travel lodge.made the mistake of coming down the main road staircase not the lift side,it was dirty, smelt like toilets, and couldn't actually get out at the bottom.prob the worst staircase ever been on,now it's only a parking area but I expect it to be in decent nick.needs sorting out.signage wasn't great.

Car park is very central but expensive. It is dirty and smelt of urine especially the lifts and stairways.

Easy to find, was staying in a local hotel a few streets away. Good discounted price from the hotel which was validated upon check out. plenty of spaces available which was great especially for a carpark so central!

Disgusting carpark, lights on the stairs weren’t working, health and safety hazard! entrance from car park to stairs in complete darkness, I would avoid at all costs and definitely would not recommend using at night especially if you are on your own, absolute disgrace that it’s allowed to operate in the state it’s in. Signs within the car park are non existent so not easy to find your way out and no staff about if you have any issues.

Good location, there are always spaces, and a decent price. However the spaces are pretty tight, the exit is not clearly marked, and worst of all the exit barriers are narrow and at an awkward angle - every time I've been there are always cars having to reverse in order to reapproach at the correct angle.

Glasgow is a shambles of a city rubbish laying everywhere absolute joke to drive in with pop up bus routes and no street parking for people with real car's prioritised parking for electric death traps people are going to get knocked down with electric car's can't hear them coming if you park they give you a ticket saying using bus route con artists of a council definitely avoid Glasgow

It was almost full (there was just one empty place for our car) when we arrived on a Tuesday noontime . It is a bit smelly, but from here easy to access the city centre

Double charged in August 2022 at Glasgow airport. Refund approved in email, still no refund. Complain raised via my bank too,no result. Called customer centre,no response for 2hrs,hung up. Shame this can happen to customers without any consequences.

I was a bit concerned by previous reviews citing needles in stairwells etc, but found no evidence of this at all. The place was more than adequately clean and maintained. I parked for 4 weeks at my hotel discounted rate of £8.50 per night, not a single scratch or deflated tyre! This was despite the entry door, which should only have allowed ticket holders to enter the building, being missing. Needs fixed NCP, before the homeless etc get thrown back on the streets as the COVID assistance ends.

👍👍 An excellent experience at Miller and Carter tonight. The food came out quickly and was so incredibly delicious - the steak was cooked to perfection and the beef dripping sauce was to die for!
