    The front desk staff can be cheeky but don’t let that put you off because the actual care you receive is second to none. A doctor will always come back to you right away and there is no waiting for appointments. I have lived in other countries and this is the best medical treatment I have received in my life. I have been sick in the last year and every doctor I’ve seen has taken such good care of me. I can’t thank them enough. Honestly surprised this clinic has a low rating. I will never move away from this area simply because I wouldn’t want to lose out of this fantastic clinic.

    Drs dont care. Will fob you off. They do an online chat service which isnt fit for use and clearly intended to put you off going. Im switching doctor this lot is useless

    The oldest receptionists is one of the most evil people I've ever spoke to in my life. She should clearly not be working with vulnerable patients. I was sent by my sister to order her repeat prescription. 4 days later she still hadn't put the order through. When I questioned her she said well the patient should be ordering herself not me. I dread to think of this was a heart medication or something. It only got put through when I spoke to a younger receptionist. The old evil bat has to go but yet again nothing will be done about her until something serious happens to a patient. On the website there's no way to complain. She is a horrible horrible human being. Stay clear of this practice.

    I joined the practice 2 years ago and all the doctors I've spoken to have been great especially DR groden DR Bell and DR Keith mercier and DR Hopkins. I love the ask my gp app it's great and fast and efficient.

    Had an emergency appointment today with Dr Fisher. She was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and approachable. Many thanks. Also thanks to Laurayn (24.5.23) for her efficiency, knowledge and manner at today’s consultation. Very professional.

    Been with doctors for around 5 years. The G.P has been amazing, fast, efficient, app is great. Never had any problems with reception staff. Until recently. The experience with the nurse has been very unwelcoming. Rude, abrupt, clearly lacks compassion, general integrity as an RGN. Leading on clinical practise and health clinic’s. I shall now be looking to change practise as have no faith in the nurse providing professional advise

    the website for repeat prescriptions is a joke, when I first used it beginning of 2020 it was fine, now you have to chase all over the website like a maze & end up coming out the other side with no help & have to go back to phoning in for medication. blame "patient access" information poorly operated website.
