😠 Experience was ok, doctor carrying out my procedure barely said 2 words to me from when op started to leaving the clinic. After care is shocking, emailing multiple times without response and waiting days for a reply to then message them back straight away and have to wait days again for next reply....

😠 Reception staff are shocking. I asked to see a doctor about an ongoing issue and to get a blood test. I was specific and clear yet the attitute of the woman was she would decide what I needed. The blood test never worked and I wasnt booked to see a doctor! Inefficient and unprofessional.
