I mean you can count on h&m to get some affordable nice looking stuff but then after a few washes it tends to wear out. T shirts and basic jumpers are worthwhile. Sales can be pretty good I mean does anyone not know this why am I writing this

The shop was fantastic. Great range of female items all nicely laid out colour co ordinated. Why the one star, you well may ask. The female assistant who served me was an absolute disgrace. Clearly doesn't like her job/working there. I heard the young man serving next to her chat to his customer and he was so polite, friendly and offering student discount & membership discount, all of which I overheard because my assistant didn't utter a word It took an age to get the receipt and I actually had to ask her if I could get my bag. I looked for another member of staff to let my disappointment be known but alas couldn't see anyone. Apologies for the rant, I doubt H&M will be concerned or even be aware ive written this

Doesn't close at 8pm on a Friday like Google says. Arrived at 7:04pm with a bin bag for the fabric recycling and wasn't allowed in even when the security guard opened the door to let other customers out and I explained I literally just wanted to put clothes in the recycling and leave. Would have taken 20 seconds. I'd come from Stirling so this caused a lot of inconvenience, please update your opening and closing times!

Well merchandised and a great range (I prefer the Buchanan Street store for menswear) if you've not been to the Buchanan Street store, go. In fact any store, just go. I really detest online shopping, there's a great buzz about wandering around Glasgow (and any city in fairness) just looking in the shops and engaging with people in stores. I would actually urge anyone to put down that tablet and go into your city and 'visit' the shops. If you don't, there won't be those stores around for too long.

Went into the Buchanan Street store today after work to find office clothes. Picked out a few things from the ground floor and seen a suit jacket which I wasn't sure of and thought to try it out on the floor next to a mirror. Another customer was doing the same adjacent to me, and I wasn't bothering anyone else, there were plenty of space around me and the mirror. As I was trying on the suit jacket, a sales assistant approached me, and informed me on quite hostile terms that if I wished to try on items, I should be be doing so in the fitting rooms, and thrust the items I have picked out for the fitting room into my hands and left rolling her eyes. Sorry, but what is the point of having mirrors on the floor if customers aren't allowed to try on quick accessible items such as a suit jacket? After that interaction, I did not feel like continuing my shopping experience. I put the items back to their place and left the store without buying anything. Horrible customer service.

Good range of products in the store. However when buying more delicate items from the home section of store, there was apparently nothing at the checkout to appropriatey wrap the items in to prevent them getting damaged. The woman serving at the till was also quite rude when she was asked for this. Bad customer service.

Asked a member of staff if you can apply discounts at the self service checkout. He laughed, said “I should really know that” and walked away. Originally I thought he was going to check for me but he just went back to stocking things.

This store is amazing packed with home wear, women's clothing, kids and men over 3 floors. I have shopped at H&M for years now. My only issue is they don't stock petite clothing in store and if they do I haven't found any. They always have beautiful dresses and coats etc however, for me being 5.2, they are always way too long and would drag along the floor on me. Same with jeans and trousers.

terrible experience here. Was followed around by the security and workers my entire trip and was treated with suspicion for no reason. I feel like they were very racist and I felt profiled. not à safe place to shop at, will never visit again.

It is a big shop with many options, The only problem is that it is hard to find the men section and they are smaller than other sections 😀 I know women buy more, do more shopping, but men can buy too 😇

Nice and large store, probably stocks most of H&Ms products.

Absolute shambles, visited this store with my daughter today who is 2y.o I had staff tutting and one member of staff approached to say she should stay away from the displays as these are not secure. Total b.s won't visit again all the staff have a major attitude problem. Can see the manager is clearly a p.o.s that can't be a***d teaching his staff

Great place in the main shopping street of Glasgow and always open late..... with wide choice of things to putchase

I think that she shops big and offers a lot of choices as well as easy access to pick up things ordered online. What I do not like is that when I usually come here in the evening after 7 pm I cannot use fitting rooms. The shop is open till 8 pm, yet standard practice is barricading the entry to fitting rooms at both levels. It is not that I come to the shop at 7.55 pm, but not to alow anyone int at 7.30 pm is not good service.

Only highstreet shop I found in Glasgow stocking maternity wear. Most told me online only. I went here for that. Their selection was pretty decent, reasonably priced and a good variety of super casual to semi work wear. And the area is right next to changing rooms. As a first time maternity clothes wearer I really appreciated the opportunity to try before I buy. Thank you H&M!

Overpriced, not a good mens selection of jeans. Bought them not the best tbh. Especially for the price! George or Tesco have better quality & selection! Used to be a strong Shop for cloths for men before the pandemic! Go else where!

Not great. Visited today 14/07/23 and the escalator was out of order. Located the Men's dept on the second floor. Which wasn't very well stocked. There was only 1 staff member and she was not very happy at all. Accessibility was an issue today but I'm sure that was just a one off while the escalator was repaired. Overall I wouldn't recommend this store.

No staff available to sell me my items, only a self-checkout. Just left them, have fun clearing it all up. Will just shoplift them next time since it appears there are no staff in the stores anyway.

Please sort out the changing rooms. i go here all the time and the changing rooms are so inconvenient. the curtains never cover the full room and there are gaps that people can see in, and to make it worse the entire changing room walls are all mirrors, including inside the individual cubicles, so if there are slight gaps due to the curtains, people in the changing rooms could see in whilst you are changing from any angle. such a shame because i do love this store but i feel so exposed and anxious when changing.

Flagship Glasgow store.

Went here because i know the prices are reasonable compared to other nearby clothing shops. Right as you enter there is a fantastic array of lights arranged in an oval shape all above your head. Very clean and tidy store, i purchased a light brown hoodie for 18£ and is very minimalistic and comfortable. Would recommend for shopping on a budget.

Go to fitting rooms to get that Yayoi Kusama experience. Nice sweaters, decent price, lots of options, lots of discounts. I can browse products online then go in store to try and purchase, nice and easy.
