I have been attending the clinic for over 6 months now in a bid to get well and recover from a number of complex health problems after finding a lack of support and understanding from my own NHS GP, which has been very frustrating these last two years. With suffering from Autoimmune and metabolic issues, chronic pain and fatigue conditions, made worse by Long Covid and my Vaccines in 2021 it has been a very difficult period for me with prolonged illness. Dr Cemal has been managing my case expertly and the support from his colleagues has been incredibly generous and helpful, I will continue to attend as often as I can to make a long lasting improvement with my physical and mental health going forward. I find the care offered by everyone is second to none. Alp and Cemal, very understanding. Leanne the Clinic Manager warming on each of my visits and Asli, Leeanne and Robyn very supportive and caring with the treatments and procedures they attend to. I can whole heartedly recommend and entrust Est-Ethics with your health and well being. I travel from Fife weekly at the moment and feel it is worth my time and effort in attending regularly. Over time I’ve seen positive changes with their business adding to the team and also in what they can offer and support us with a number of treatment options available. I had the nicest experience at Est-Ethics Clinic this morning. I started my treatment with LED Phototherapy with Leanne and she was just the sweetest and was very helpful and helped me understand better my skin! I felt so welcomed and everyone took very good care of me. So grateful 🥹 Looking forward to being back!!

First class service. Went to the clinic for the hayfever jag. Must say I have never felt this great in such a long time. All symptoms had disappeared within 24 hours. Friendly and efficient. Very helpful with providing the correct certificate required to enter Japan. I was very nervous about having the test and the correct document but the staff at Est Ethics answered every query no matter how silly! I felt very reassured by their quick replies to my emails. great job!

Another visit this morning to this fantastic clinic and greeted with a warm welcome as always..Not so much a pampering session this time but B12 Injection..This is the second Injection that I've had here due to my GP not administering it as my levels are above the government guidelines which is 200!.Thankfully these lovely people are on hand to help with an email or phone call even for a last minute appointment!.There's an extensive menu from vitamin drips to esthetics and I just wouldn't go anywhere else as they're all lovely there and immediately put you at ease..I usually go to Alp as I've built up a great patient trust with him but I honestly can't fault any of the staff here and the girls were fantastic!.Thankyou so much ladies!🙂🙂

Needed to take a COVID rapid antigen test for my flight to Portugal. I walked in without an appointment and they were able to take me in. Be sure to bring your passport! In 30 min, I had my test results in my email. Very friendly and prompt! Would definitely recommend

Completely changed my life! NHS and Private Health Care couldn’t treat my Anaemia with my body not holding vitamins reflected in weekly blood tests despite ongoing treatment, private B12 injections, oral medication and full body tests. Highly compromised immune system going from one Cold / Flu / Covid to another resulting in 3/4 hair loss in 1 year and hospitalisation. First treatment went so well I can’t describe the difference. Just on my second treatment and will continue religiously. Recommending to everyone and my skeptical husband is now wanting to join me after seeing the results. I have seen Leeanne several times and would highly recommend her( really shouldn't as I'd like to keep her a secret!!) I had my preflight PCR test at this location back in April. Their service was beyond my expectations. I was originally worried as Japan’s requirements for the certificate were strict and wondered if this company could produce the certificate exactly as required. But I felt immediately at peace as their customer service responded that they were very familiar to the specifics of Japan’s requirements. When I needed the certificate in a different file format for upload, their customer service was very helpful and sent me a new file in minutes even though it was almost midnight. I was very impressed with their high level of personal service. When a pre-flight certificate is required, I will definitely ask this pharmacy for my certificate in future.

We stopped into Est-Ethics for a covid test, and to ask about the process for traveling back to the US. The team we encountered could not have been more helpful. They explained the various options and gave us details on how to proceed using their website. Everything went smoothly thanks to their excellent customer service. I wished I could have stayed for a facial, the clinic was lovely and absolutely spotless. An amazing team, caring and knowledgeable.

Great Service! I booked a rapid antigen test to travel to Italy. The booking online was very easy with lots of time slots to fit any schedule. I showed to the appointment and the personnel were very polite and friendly. The sampling only took 5-10 minutes and in an hour I received my results by email. I highly recommend this service.

I started off getting reliable Covid testing done here for work throughout the pandemic, then pivoted onto using their health AND skincare services. Excellent staff. Excellent service. Always kind, helpful, polite, bants (very important!) and never pushy. Will always be a customer 🙏🏾

I had a phlebotomy appointment here by 12noon, but I got in by 11am since I was in the city centre and most roads closed off for the world cycling tournament. I used Google maps to the clinic, which is very easy to locate. I love the esthetics of this clinic. It literally pulls you in, wonderful decor and lights. Scene 1: I was attended to immediately and told to wait. The initial staff who spoke to me was very friendly and nice and explained what we would do. We talked about her figs scrubs, and i was telling her about my experience wearing figs and greys anatomy scrubs. She didn't get my vein and was quite compassionate, apologising for causing me a bit of pain. She explained she would get the doctor to come attend to me so that I don't get pricked severally. I said ok. Then she left. Scene 2: Then I walked another lady in scrubs, blonde, petite, and she didn't knock. She just walked in and said *oh she didn't know someone was in here*- no apology from her. She now proceeds to wear gloves and looks at my appointment sheet and asked my birthday - which i told her. At this point, she didn't introduce herself to me. I just knew she was wearing scrubs. She now told me to make a fist, that she wants to draw blood, and she was very unprofessional. I explained that someone had just tried, and i proceeded to ask if she was the doctor. She said no, she was the nurse. I told her nicely that it was not a problem, but pls I don't want to be pricked several times because it is so painful. she responded with a nasty attitude to me, that she had to prick me several times to draw blood. I looked at her with shock because as a health care professional, that is not true. If you do it right, you won't prick the client several times. At this point, she saw I was staring at her. She proceeded to remove her gloves with such a bad attitude and told me she will call the doctor, and walked out, she slammed the door. I have never seen a very unprofessional nurse. Scene 3: after some minutes, someone knocks and came in. He introduced himself as a doctor and apologised for the initial trauma. He came with the lady from scene 1, who then assisted him. He was very patient, talked to me to get me relaxed, and we eventually got the vein. He was so professional and considerate. I do hope he reads this and knows I appreciate him. I am giving 3 stars because of that nurse with the bad attitude. Overall, not a bad clinic but people never know how staff attitude can affect reviews of an establishment. I have not been treated so poorly by a nurse. She didn't know who I was but treated me so unprofessionally.

I had several vitamin injections and despite my complex medical history, they were able and more than happy to advise me on the best course of action in terms of my treatment. I have attended Est-ethics on numerous occasions and each time been warmly welcomed by Leanne the Clinic Manager and Leeanne the clinic nurse who provided me with an amazing hydralux facial, and then advised the best products to use to help maintain the results. I have visited Cemal the clinics GP for a private GP consultation and appreciated the time and care he took with me to listen and discuss all my options without me feeling rushed or dismissed. Alp has given me my first ever botox and I was delighted with the results, I felt I looked refreshed as opposed to frozen. The clinic itself is beautifully decorated as well as having a welcoming relaxed atmosphere, nothing is too much hassle for theEst team and I always look forward to my visits. First time consulting a private GP. Process to book simple, seen on same day by lovely professional GP who put me immediately at ease. Listened and then completed thorough examination, made sure all bases covered. Very impressed by level of professionalism from the knowledgeable and approachable charming GP . Bloods for comprehensive testing taken by nurse who again while professional in her manner combined that with being friendly putting her patient at ease. Blood taken painlessly with use of numbing spray. Most impressed by the clinic its staff and level of service afforded to patients. All staff provide a warm welcome. The clinic has lovely welcoming and calming feel about it, staff all smiling which translates to excellent service they provide to patients. I had a hydra facial yesterday from Leeanne and what a dream it was!! The facial it’s self showed the most amazing results and the aftercare is the best I’ve ever had. I was given so much information and advice pre and post facial, i haven’t felt this confident about my skin in a long time. Cant recommend highly enough! I have had REVIV vitamin drips and boosters injections and felt incredible after them. Fast service and the clinic provided a PDF version by email of the specific form required for entry to Japan. Our test was just after 4pm and we had the same day result by 9:30pm. Everything was also very quickly accepted by the Japanese authorities. Very pleased.

The person who did our testing was extremely pleasant and extremely helpful. Within a few hours we had all of the documents needed for our flight the next day. PERFECT. Couldn’t believe how busy they were but every customer was treated in a friendly manner. Five stars

Such a stress-free, quick and easy process to arrange certificates to allow us to go on holiday. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and sorted everything we needed quickly and efficiently. Even when I had to have mine amended because I entered some details wrong - this was rectified with ease and sent back to me within minutes. I've had two Day 2 arrival tests done in the past 3 weeks and this clinic has been amazing. The first were PCR tests and they did the tests for the three of us on the same day. Today, we had the lateral flow test done and after submission of the result, we got our negative certificate in less than an hour! Thank you for getting us out of self-isolation!

Good and efficient service. However, my appointment was booked for 10:15AM and was made to wait outside in the cold till 10:50. I also find it rather disgusting that PCR tests are so violently expensive. Some of us NEED to travel to maintain our lives and extorting us for hundreds of pounds is shameful. Clear profiteering of the pandemic.

After a long flight from new Zealand, my wife and I were required to have a PCR Covid test and before our arrival in Glasgow had randomly chosen Est-Ethics Clinic for them to be done.
