Zeŕo stars..Wish i had seen the reviews on here before i booked anything at this clinic. I have complete loss of words to describe this place and their service! Firstly, good luck if you get through to them on the phones. 2ndly, no email contact at all! 3rdly, the amount of last minute rescheduling is shocking! Count yourself lucky if they phone you to notify you of a cancellation in the first place! Dare go there on your appointment date without prior phoning them afew days prior to re-confirm and you will be surprised. After months of poorly rescheduled appointments (since November last year) where it was myself phoning to check on the appoiñtments and finding them cancelled without notifying me, last week, i finally got appointment for today 1st May 12pm. The girĺ Hannah reassured me they would definitely see me today. One of the cancellation reasons previously was that the consultant was sick. Fair enough! Looking at the rest of the reviews, it seems its the same consultant thats usually sick or all of them. I booked days off at work for these appointments till i decided i was safer asking for weekend appointments So today I was excited at last because most placès are open now so i didnt bother to phone before going. I arrived at the place and it was closed indeed. I havè attached photographic evidence of 38 Queen street Centrum house Glasgow shut today 1 May 12pm! I stood in the street for 20mins phoning them, no one picked. Returned to the car and phoned a further 30mins, no one picked. Finally gave up and returned home. 4 hours later, Ive now received a voicemail saying i missed my appointment and to call them and rebook. NEVER AGAIN! As theres no email, i have complained for refund via the same contact form on their website...drumroll... If you love your sanity, please listen to these reviews.

THIS IS A SCAM - do not use! I arrived at this downtown address for the very expensive travel test I had booked over the phone and they said "oh, Vivo isn't here." They handed me a small piece of paper with an address in Partick. I ran over to the 2nd address as fast as I could. It turned out to be a basement apartment with a hand-lettered sign on the door saying, "Vivo has moved to location 2k further west." I took bus another half hour to 3rd location. Arrived at address. Knocked on and rang all the bells to the various apartments at that address but Vivo Clinic was completely unknown at that location. Am currently working with my credit card to get my money back. Do not let them deceive you too!

No words for the non-existent service for this place. Made and paid for an appointment (online) for a 'fit to fly' PCR test for the 6th November. Arrived at 15:00 for a 15:30 appointment. Looked closed, no door bell, no clue on how to get inside. Called phone numbers, no answers. Waited at Subway next door (because it was very cold and raining a lot) until 16:00. Still no one. They took our money and had to get a test, that we paid twice as much for at the airport before next flight. Thank goodness our flight was the next day.

Horrific. Went for COVID testing the day before a flight and this company didn’t even let us know the clinic location had been closed. They said they would refund our money but never did. Now they are disputing the charge with our credit card company when we asked for a refund due to services not received . Very unprofessional. Considering reporting this company to medical board at this point.

Had my eyes done by Cherie could not recommend highly enough. As soon as I went it she relaxed me and offered tea or coffee while she went through the procedure and any upgrades I may like. While she was doing the procedure she chatted away, keeping me relaxed and engaged therefore this was painless. After Cherie then sat me down and explained all the aftercare again and checked I was ok to leave. Fantastic doesn’t explain how good Cherie is at her job she goes over and above.

Ordered a PCR test which I sent off after my holiday. Test results were never done and ended up doing 10 days isolation because of these con artists! £80 for nothing. They have a history of doing this. Don't go near them, go elsewhere. Vivo medical are dishonest and unreliable!

Cherie provides friendly, expert and detailed advice and excellent treatment. I was very happy with my facial treatment and look forward to lasting results.

Had my first of three treatments for chin reduction and so far I’m really happy with the result. Cherie was amazing! She is so charismatic, very knowledgeable about what she is doing, she gives all your attention you need, makes you feel really comfortable about the procedure.

I went to Vivo clinic for my first time to have a consolation with Cherie. She made me feel very comfortable and she gave me all the information I was needing and looking for regarding cryolipolysis. I had been to some other clinics and Vivo was not only the cheapest but they make me feel the most secure as well. Big thank you to Cherie :))

I booked in with Cherie at the Glasgow Clinic for the Femi Wand treatment. I arrived and went up to the 1st floor where reception called and someone for Vivo came and greeted me. Cherie was so nice and made me feel relaxed immediately. She fully explained the procedure and what to expect after it. The treatment itself was totally pain free and would say if anyone was nervous about going, don't be. Just go for it, you won't regret it. Thank you again Cherie, hope to see you again soon for some other treatments.

Had my appointment with Cherie and she was great! Very experienced in her job and she gave me a lot of aftercare advise which I’ve not received from other places with the same treatment. I did not feel uncomfortable at any point and didn’t even notice the time go by with how much Cherie made me feel at ease. The treatment was very quick and efficient so I will definitely be back for more.

Cherie was amazing at the Glasgow Clinic. Very professional and friendly. She really loves her job and explained everything to me. I am seeing her soon for more treatments. She is a credit to the Vivo Clinic.

Had a 2 hour session with Cherie couldn't have been any nicer made me feel comfortable relaxed easy going definitely happy with my treatment and the customer service will be going back for sure.

Love the consultants here. Getting this done has giving me more confidence and helping me get happier and plus healthier with a good diet and good work out plan the freeze and cavitation really boosts you and helps you get to where you want to be. It's not a quick fix but you really see the results

Been going here for a good 6+ months. My experience is great. I am loosing weight in a natural way with a wee boost coming here. The girls are lovely. I am made to feel so comfortable and make up great plans at good prices with me. I am doing cavitation as well as the freezing I feel they work really well together

I had a treatment with Laura yesterday in Glasgow, excellent care & attention from beginning to end of my treatment, Laura was very professional & knowledgeable . I would highly recommend Laura & cannot wait to go back for more treatments. 5* experience all the way.

First time visiting the clinic and dealt with Laura who was so friendly and made me feel comfortable! It was as though I’d met her before with the way we got on! They have fantastic offers and I got double for my money compared to other clinics I had consolations with. Great session and can’t wait to complete my treatments and see the results! I had my doubts due to the reviews and prices being so low but so far it’s been positive. The older comments are not related to the clinic and were from before Laura and her team took over. They also have clinics around UK. Only criticism I would say is the booking team not communicating clearly enough with the on-site teams regarding appointment times/treatments etc. However overall I would definitely recommend looking into treatments with Vivo Clinic and getting booked in!

Had my first HIFU treatment with Cherie yesterday who is absolutely amazing. Cherie explained the process it the treatment, what to expect and the aftercare. Was a lovely relaxing experience. Discard the bad reviews - those are for covid testing which does not represent the majority of services this place offers. I couldn’t ask for anything better than this service! Cherie is adorable and she explains every procedure in detail before performing it on your skin! Plus, she is really careful about your feelings and the procedures are totally safe and harmless. The prices are the best for quality you can find on the market. Would deffo recommend!

Met Cherie for a private cosmetic treatment and have to say she was absolutely great. Very friendly, well informed, experienced, easy to chat to and I didn’t even notice almost 3 hours pass. *If youre looking for a beauty treatment, ignore the PCR related reviews - it's a completely different service* I had a radio frequency face tightening treatment with Cherie. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me identify the right treatment for me. She made me feel very safe and welcome and talked me through everything. The treatment was absolutely amazing - my face feels lifted and glowy and my rosacea has has gone down massively. It looks so natural and lovely! I'm made up with it!

Cherie is the best! I was so impressed by her professionalism, she talked me through the entire process, made sure I was fully educated on the process and chatted away with me during the process. I have already planned my return visit as I know I'm in good hands!

Do not use this company at any cost. They are bad with customer service, will take your money and not provide any refund if government guidelines change. No more tests are needed for USA flights and they will not refund for a appointment i have not used yet. They are cowboys and will take your money.

Had my cryo lipo with Cherie and couldn’t be happier with the service. Felt at ease and treatment was fully explained and walked through. Lovely clinic and a lovely building. Would highly recommend.

I arrived at Centrum House confused if I was in the right place as there is nothing to direct you to the first floor reception. However, I was warmly met by Cherie who was warm and welcoming. My HIFU treatment was explained to me and my comfort level in the treatment room was Cherie’s priority. Cherie was professional, and having heard her work history deeply impressed that Vivo had her as their therapist. I understand that Cherie has been with Vivo since March 2021 and she certainly left an impression as I’ve now booked more sessions with her.

Cherie was amazing. So friendly, put my mind at ease and was very honest with me about my treatment. Complimentary treatment and mini facial/ massage was very much appreciated. Can’t wait to return! Thanks Cherie ❤️
