Really good session with Clare. I have seen many professionals about my back issues but she made me understand my issues and help me start the journey to fixing them within the first session. Can't recommend her enough.

My first time at the Movement Therapist and it wont be my last. I found Clare took her time to understand my lifestyle and past injuries before concluding on other current alignment issue. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a manner I understood. I would recommend Clare to anyone.

I have been going to Clare’s classes for about 4 years now and definitely feel the benefit in hips, back, shoulders and feet. In fact all over! Her on-line classes have been excellent, great communications skills and easy to follow. Not only will your flexibility, mobility and strength improve but so will your understanding of your own body and how it works.

I attend my first Movement Class with Clare just over 2 weeks ago and can honestly say that I wish I had sooner! I immediately felt such an improvement to the lower back and hip pain I suffer that I booked straight in for a 1:1 session with Clare as I was keen to learn more and ask lots of questions! In the 1:1 session Clare was really knowledgeable, patient and most importantly listened to me talk about my injuries, aches and pains, following up quickly with a plan of action for me to work on myself each day to reduce the pain. Already I am seeing huge differences, even with just simply things like getting out of bed in the morning and putting my socks on! I continue to attend Clares Movement Class at least twice a week as her ability break down and explain simply the movements makes the class really easy to follow (but hard work physically l!). I cannot recommend Clare enough and look forward to booking in for a hands on therapy treatment soon to further my progress.

I’ve been coming to Clare for over 4 years now. Her knowledge of posture, movement and ability to fix achey muscles/joints are amazing. I’ve also seen her during both pregnancies with different issues and felt safe in her hands.

Clare is a highly knowledgeable movement therapist who has kept me fit and sane during lockdown! I like how she keeps learning new techniques which she then incorporates into her classes and so her sessions keep evolving and improving over time. I'd highly recommend her to anyone who wants to work on their posture, fix any pesky issues, or generally get their body in order!

Clare is very experienced and knowledgeable in her field. She’s always learning and developing herself so she can help others too. Her movement sessions are great, and I’ve really benefited from massages from her over the years. Clare is thoughtful, understanding and able to help with individual issues, using a variety of methods. Highly recommended.

Have seen Claire numerous times in the past for sports massages to fix self inflicted back problems from working at a desk. This time round was a 1hr session to loosen up back, shoulders and neck muscles after lockdown. She has a very unique style which feels like a mix of traditional sports + Swedish massage, so it alleviates the muscular problems while leaving you feeling relaxed throughout. Would highly recommend as she’s very professional, and her chats not to bad either 😁. Will be seeing her again in the near future for more training oriented session to target problematic areas and to improve mobility/flexibility as well.

In Pilates classes, Clare has a knack of knowing exactly what your body needs for that specific day. It is impossible to leave her class and not feel better: your body moves and feels better; you are relaxed and refreshed. She can tailor every exercise to suit individual abilities and needs. Her attention to detail is astounding - she misses nothing in class. I've attended many classes and instructors over the years. Many classes were they tell you and may even show you what to do. But Clare corrects you and makes sure you are doing it and feeling it right, not allowing your body to take any shortcuts. This means each and every class provides max benefit for your body. I cannot rate Clare highly enough.

I have been going to Clare for Pilates classes and massage for several years. When I first started I was in constant pain and unable to lie on my back. I am now pain free and have a much greater range of movement. Clare knows her stuff inside out and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Highly recommend.

Clare is an absolute master of her work, I came in pretty vague to the source of my problems and she explained the mechanics of it all and explained to me why I was feeling the way I was when I thought that was just normal for me! She took her time to fully assess what was going on and was so good to work with! Taking time out of her own evening to send exercises to help me just shows how passionate she is about her work and I massively appreciate that... I’ve only had one session but I’ll be back for more 100%!

Clare provides an excellent expert class, with lots of variety to work on all parts of the body and also relaxing. You can guarantee tailored exercises to suit your own condition, ailments and ability while Clare encourages you to push yourself more and it's totally worth it! It's a class you benefit from long afterwards and always leaves you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Clare is a highly skilled therapist who helped me to feel at ease from the moment I met her. I started to attend Clare regularly following a shoulder injury late last year - during the initial assessment she took her time to understand the problem using my descriptions, watching my movement (or lack thereof at that time) and her own hands-on assessment. Following this I had a much better understanding of what was going on. Clare provided a tailored mix of movement, stretching and massage to help me along my road to recovery. I left with some exercises/movements to do at home and feeling a whole lot better! Although my shoulder is much better now, I’ve kept up my regular appointments for maintenance and always feel like this is one of my favourite self care activities! Thanks so much Clare

Clare is professional but friendly and you always feel at ease. She really listens and goes that extra mile by sending you exercises to try at home between sessions. She's clearly knowledgeable and I always feel great after a session.

I had to share so others could benefit from this amazing woman! I had a searing pain in my left heel. It prevented me weight bearing, pushing the rest of my body out of line and reducing me to tears. My daughter recommended Clare. She used her eyes and ears to quickly diagnose the problem then set about using her healing hands to ease the pain and regain my mobility. She did this with time and patience. She then gave me simple exercises to benefit me further and followed this up with videos demonstrating how to do them. I cannot thank or recommend this woman more highly. Thanks Clare!

😠 I started using this gym as it is the only Ladies only gym I could find. Whilst I was working out on Monday 26th September at around 20:45, a man walked in not once but twice to grab some weights, as if there weren’t enough in the bigger hall. There should be stricter measures to ensure that the lad...

😠 I have a friend who has went here and has complained about guys harassing her, from a staff member recording her to another guy even trying to follow her home. 😐 It has been my gym for over two years and I've really felt it like my second home.
