I was very disappointed with my food 1st let me start by they changed my French fries to a ShopRite brand option of french fries 🍟 … I go to checkers mainly for the French Fries I didn’t want shop rite fries I want checker fries …that’s like going to KFC expecting KFC chicken and getting a Crown Fried chicken … you can’t go and change fries if checkers is well known for they season fries recipe then to top that disappointment …as I was eating into my chicken sandwich the chicken wasn’t even cooked ….it was so nasty Now I have a really bad stomachache … never again will I go to this checkers I was so disappointed I always loved checkers until today

My boyfriend had never been to Checkers before so we were near one and decided to go so he could try it out. Number 1 I signed up for rewards online and downloaded the app on my phone and was given a free sandwich with first purchase. We place our order which was a spicy or buffalo BBQ crunchy chicken sandwich which is not available online but was shown on display at checkers so I wanted to try it, it looked delicious. So I ordered a large meal with seasoned fries and peak sweet ice tea to drink. My only request was extra sauce on sandwich. Then my boyfriend order the triple BBQ bacon before cheese burger also a large with seasoned fries and dr.pib to drink. Then he wanted to try the chili cheese onion hotdogs so we ordered a mix and match double 2 for $6, we ordered the two chili cheese onion hotdogs and the double sea fish sandwich, which I requested tomatos and extra tarter sauce be put on double fish sandwich. Then we also ordered loaded bacon ranch seasoned fries and our free sandwich offer which we had a choice between mother cruncher chicken sandwich or a big bulford burger sandwich and we chose the big buford burger sandwich. Cashier said was $39 and change and that was too high so I questioned her at the window and she was kinda rude and went through the order again and I said I knwo but we had the big buford burger free due to rewards app and she said we don't honor that and I said well can u scan my rewards member number so I can get credit for this purchase she said no we don't do that either. I said that makes no sense why offer it then and she said do u want us to remove the sandwich I said yes im not paying for somemthing that was suppose to be free so she went and got help to do so. We were being rushed a so noticed there were no utensils or napkins in bag and we were missing a large order of fries. So I sat outside the drive thru window for quite awhile before she finally open the window and with lil attitude asked what I needed an di said we are missing a large fry... I said would you liek order back and also handed her receipt she glanced at it and so ok and walked away and brought back a large fry which wasn't even full. Then I went to ask for napkins utensils and condiments and the window was closed on us. I sat there for a moment and then left when I was not acknowledged again. Then we get home to find out that our food was poor quality, wrong items, some barely warm and old looking and taste was poor as well probably due to the poor quality of food and being old. My chicken sandwich had brown lettuce and hardly any condiments. Sauce lettuce or I guess what u think wa script onion things on it and taste was dry n so was the bun. My fries were barely warm but my large fry was full. Drinks were fine. My boyfriend didn't get a triple bacon BBQ buford burger he got a double and condiments old n smallest piece of bacon on it... I took pics of all our food. His large fry was filled half way n barely warm as well. Then the chili hotdogs had no cheese on them or diced onion and the chili was dried up as if was old and sitting there for while. The double sea fish sandwich was old tasting hardly any tarter sauce when asked for extra and tiny dried up piece of tomato on it and barely any lettuce which was brown. And the piece of cheese was hard and dried discolored yellow cheese and roll was old and dry, like stale. The loaded bacon and ranch fries tasted awful and was barely any fries for a $4plus side and cold. Then finally the free big buford sandwich, they did end up including was a single cheese burger wasn't even the big buford burger. But honestly was the better tasting burger and sandwich out of everything ordered. I use to love checkers and by far this was the worst experience I have had and I went to this location one other time like 2/3 yrs ago but for my boyfriend who never had checkers before it was an awful experience. I did try calling restaurant after we got home and no one answered. Because I was ready to drive back there and give their food back and get a refund. We don't plan on returning.

23 minutes for 1 burger, 10 boneless, and 2 fries. Never in my life. Guy working said it took so long because everything was dropped fresh. Fries on the top were hot, rest of them were not. Boneless wings, well, you decide.

I almost never leave reviews, especially on chain places because I assume most people know what to expect. But when I went to this Checkers I got a pretty standard chicken sandwich and when I take a bite theres a bone inside of it which is now in my mouth. This type of quality check is lazy and unacceptable I’ve tried contacting the store but their number listed online and on the receipt apparently doesn’t exist and the company support line has done nothing, even sending an email to complaint line is worthless it just goes to show they really don’t care; literally just go to the Wendy's down the road anything is better then this.

I waited 20 minutes at the window and didn’t even get acknowledged. I was excited to try the new fry seasoned chicken tenders. When I got them they looked nothing like the picture and tasted old and had no seasoning. Skip going here trust me.

How hard is it to take an order for two meals? The girl that took our order just couldn't get it right (and never did). Then they handed me a cup absolutely covered in soda and there was what I can only assume was soda all over the floor from someone else.

The only good thing about this experience was my soda. First I was rudely rushed while trying to give my order. Than I had to wait for ever which I dont mind because I assumed it'd be fresh but it wasn't. To top it all off they forget multiple items I ordered.

The employees at this location are wonderful and always quick to fulfill orders, however, the General Manager at this location is so unprofessional and aggressive towards customers. Told me I was doing something wrong because his card machines are not working. Then forces my card back into my hand and abruptly shuts the window in my face. Then I showed the charge on my account and then he served the food. If he treats customers like that, I can't imagine how he treats his staff. For anyone working at this location, thankyou for serving us, but there is better out there.

1st order was butchered 2nd Worst place ever.. 3rd patties dry 4th sandwiches made all the way wrong !!! 5th the store has no active phone !!!! Tried to call & they didn't pay the phone bill !!! 6th teenagers have no customer service Please stay away form this store !!! U will either be in drive thru line for 30 minutes or get Uber eats like me and get ya order made wrong. Choice is yours

Usually not the type to leave reviews but when I do it's for a reason. I went through drive through with my husband daughter and grand daughter orderd a regular chicken sandwich two mozzarella stick a a bbq mother cruncher ndthen my daughter asked what was on the BBQ mother cruncher then asked what was on the baconzilla and ordered that without mayo when we got our order we pulled over to a spot to check just incase and to get thepop baby her food first but her box was all the way at the bottom of the bag so we pull everything out and check it all as we go I hand my daughter the box she opens it says there is a hair on her chicken so she takes all of our food back inside and say we want a refund there is a hair in the babies food and the order is wrong we didn't order the mother cruncher we ordered the baconzilla after asking about what was on it but he changed the regular chicken sandwich into the cruncher and then they tried to refuse me a refund said none of them have white air of pets but it's not like our own hair jumped down to the bottom of the bag lifted the lid and jumped into the food so I ignored his remark but then he said it was a waste for them like it was my fault they gave me the wrong order and put hairs in my own food just to hear my grand daughter cry after having to return it . They tried to give me something else but like any smart person who has two bad experiences bow at this joint I was no longer interested in a third chance and just wanted my money back and had to demand it at that . Then he snatched the bag tossed it in the garbage while the food fell everywhere to the floor some In The can gave me my refund and then shut the window I apologized even if I seemened unreasonable but I knew I wasn't. avoid avoid avoid!

They need some work, but if you just want a quick chili cheese dog they are good. But don't try to eat it the next day it'll be near rotten. The onions went bad very quickly. The burgers are disgusting and they are premade. Check your food twice.

The places looks closed down and the doors were locked well past opening time, the drive thru was open, I ordered 2 burgers and fries, when I got to the window the guy tells me it'll be 15mins, like what?! Why didn't he tell me that at the when I was ordering! No cars, no lines, and an hr after opening.

Food is awesome. People are friendly. Prices are not bad at all. What else you can ask for

burger was ok but on the small side for the price,,,fries were awful,,,i squeezed fries into a napkin and it literally squirted with oil , and oil tasted very old and burnt and way over salted,,,threw most of the fries out. i will try again but only for another burger option. drink was full of large ice cubes and very little soda.

Amazing burgers that are quick made. Almost spluged in my car when I took my first bite. Better then that trashy 5-Guys place.

My experience was very bad first when I got there they said they didn’t have the blue raspberry slushy but then a second later, they said they had it. The chicken was also rabbit meat I think and it was not actual chicken. It was really soggy the chicken and it was gross. they forgot my fries and we still had to pay for it. I am done with this place.

I never expect good atmosphere from the location, right near a major road. The service is questionable at best mostly college students. Some give amazing service while others are just slightly better than other fast food establishments. The food is the main draw and is always good. I rarely have had a bad experience food wise from here

Checkers is the real MVP. I was out late and starving and they were open. I order from here whenever I'm in the area. It's my favorite fast food place. They are always quick and get everything correct!

Horrible, asked for chille fries got plain. Son got chicken tenders, no sauce. I was supposed to have lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup and mustard. I received a burger with just ketchup and 1 pickle on it the size of a Nicole. "NEVER AGAIN" Oh and the guy at window was miserable!

Late night meal. And was extremely impressed since I’m writing a review. Basic burger & fries but. Everything was fresh and hot. The service was very friendly. Even got a wave from a working in the back of the kitchen. And can’t forget the delicious banana milkshake.

I grew with checkers fries down south. I was surprised to find one here in South Jersey. Good fries; their chicken bites are good too. Not a fan of the burgers, tho.

The food is usually hot and good. I personally like their burgers and fish sandwiches. However, I don’t like the fries. The employees work yuck and hard. BUT, the general manager? HORRIBLE. He yells, gets aggressive, argues, and uses abusive behavior/language towards customers. He doesn’t listen and talks over you. Today I saw 3 people leave without their food. When it came time for me to pay for our food, he tried multiple times to use our first card. He handed it back to us and kept saying “get a real card. you’re doing something wrong.” So we tried another card. It declined again. And again, he slammed the door in our face, and said we were doing something wrong. It was clear there was something wrong with him and/or the card system because we were charged anyways and had to go back and get our food. They need a new manager and I can only imagine how those hardworking people are being treated.

Read the reviews after I ordered like a dummy first and last time eating here chicken was not fully cooked just lazy fries had so much so and could have been fresher. Tf burger was ok like how hard is it to make one burger place needs to be shut down expeditiously

I love Checkers food, especially the deep sea double & the fries R 😋‼️ Although the order before last was not right, they corrected the mistake after going back. Reason for 4⭐'s instead of 5 is because couple workers have a hard time understanding English. Other than that, satisfied customer & I'd recommend Checkers all day👍🏾

There are so many Checkers restaurants that are not open. I was ecstatic to find one that was actually open. Food was well made and very hot (fries likely came right out the fryer). I got a double bacon burger medium. I do wish the fries were bigger and there was less ice in my drink however the food was great. Checkers always have great deals.

This Checkers is always on point when I go! The staff are friendly and my food is never messed up! Even with every place being understaffed, these employees don't let it effect their customer service. Even when there is a wait because I ordered something that they ran out of so they need to make more, the guys there are so polite and I will gladly wait an extra few minutes for them. 10/10 will always recommend
