We did request a slightly early check in (for which i was willing to pay extra). The staff assured us that the room will be ready shortly. Since it was only 10 am, we went to downtown and did shopping and had lunch and came back at 2.00 pm. The room was still not ready. They made us wait and wait for over 1.5 hours again. We got the room key finally only at 3.37 pm. This is inspite of having a 5-year-old with us. We were on road for over 12 hours by then, but the front desk had no sympathy. The house keeping service is only on every other day and not daily and I was shocked at that. On the day the housekeeping came to clean our room (on the 3rd day of our stay by which we had lot of trash accumulated) they were late by over 3 hours after announcing that they were be in our room in 1 hour, they came after 4 hours. The intercom system was not working, all three phones were dead. The carpet is really dirty. The washer /dryer were not working. Lighting is terrible in the rooms. The complimentary breakfast was way below par. Swimming pools were either too hot or too cold and small in size. No one was watching kids there. The view of the mountains and Gondolas are great. The front desk staff are snooty to say the least. I was extremely disappointed since we were paying over 500 dollars a night for the 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. It might be a good ski resort, but it does not look like they know anything about providing a good service at the hotel. Sincerely, Raj Ailani

Our honeymoon stay: The breakfast silverware was still damp and had sticky and food on them. Greeter was flat to us but friendly to the large family behind us. We didn't get our waters but they did. I said something to management and there was a definate change the next morning. Black mold on our shower wall. (I'm a practitioner and know this). Broken glass, wet socks, and wet yoga mats outside the fitness room for over two days and glasses with water also still in the fitness room left. Sauna didn't get past 110degrees. Fireplace didn't start. Coffee maker was missing it's cover so could not brew. I had to reach in the toilet 4x to fix to get the toilet to flush. There was other. Shared all of this with the front desk. Also wrote a long letter in response to the email we received after our stay asking for our feedback. KNow that you will not get A REPLY BACK AT ALL for your efforts. It seems all they cared about was our knowledge that they are connected to "Toyota" in their survey. We stayed at the beginning of August 2022.

The living room bar was fantastic. The staff is exceptional and Sara did a fantastic job. Hands down best chicken wings in all of Colorado.

We really enjoyed our stay here, location is excellent for skiing. There are a few options to head into town, the gondola which is ten minutes but runs until 17:30 only, the courtesy car which can get busy, bus or shuttle service. All really convenient. The ski concierge service from the hotel was a real plus, just walk out from breakfast, grab your skis and you are off, no long walks or stuffy ski locker rooms. The pool facility and outdoor hot tub looking over the mountains was great and the staff overall were great. The only downside was dinner options at the hotel itself. Very limited, not cheap and didn't have regular items like burgers etc that you might expect. They do offer room service Thurs - Saturday with some better options. Overall I would highly recommend. I would note that there is some adjusting to the altitude and time difference but I would visit again in a heart beat.

OMG! Yes, you must stay here The rooms have Fireplaces. They have studios up 24 bedrooms with a kitchen and living room. You can't get on the gondola. Are go straight to skiing.

Excellent ski in and ski out. 2bdrm suite slope side was lovely. Helpful front desk, ski valet was friendly and always helpful. Nice breakfast spread. The hotel shuttle was great on days it was available. The house keeping team was great. A shout out to Zak who was always friendly, helpful and enquired if we needed any help or assistance during our stay. The black car service to and front the resort was wonderful. Overall a fantastic ski vacation!

While we did not stay at this resort, we were allowed to use the amenities on site. The shuttle service did not have adequate coverage on the mountain for service to be able to pick up my family (one with wheelchair needs). While walking to the resort, our family had two medical emergencies and no-one stopped to help. (Being passed by five shuttles on the road) Once we arrived at the resort, the front desk employees were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I specifically would not recommend Breckenridge as a whole for a family with disabilities. One Ski Hill Place and BMMA Shuttle Service should be held accountable for their horrible service.

We stayed in a 3 bed 3 bath, #8308. When we got there our toilet & shower in one room (calling it room 1) did not work. Another shower had black mold on the tiling. Overall the place was nice but for the price as well as the issues with Room 1 shower (it’s inability to drain never got fixed), I would recommend staying elsewhere as the ski in ski out aspect is everywhere in Breck with the gondolas that can carry you literally to the slopes. Due to the gondolas I would recommend staying closer to Breckenridges town as it is cheaper, more enjoyable than being right on the mountain, and for the service compared to price we were disappointed to say the least.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE GETTING A BRECKENRIDGE SKI PASS I have given 5 stars so this review is near the top. Vail Resorts has turned skiing at Breckenridge into how much money they can get out of you. Here are just 2 examples. At each of their restaurants there are no prices at the snacks and drinks. The reason is they are incredibly overpriced. A $1 candy can be $5. A $2 drink can be $6. A beer can be $8. If you see the price you may not purchase it, they have chosen to not let you know the price. That says a lot about the lack of integrity of this company. How else are they taking advantage of you? A day pass can cost $256. Why should 1 day cost almost 1/2 the price of a season pass? If you want to get ripped off ski at Breckenridge or any Vail Resort location. Near Breckenridge is Copper Mountain and Arapahoe Basin. You will not be ripped off at these ski areas. PLEASE PASS THIS ON TO OTHERS SO THEY MAKE A SMART CHOICE. Last point. Look at the lowest rated reviews here to see how others feel about Vail Resorts.

Excellent location for ski in/ski out. Several lifts are at the rear of the resort. And you have easy access to multiple peaks. Thermostats in the rooms are not intuitive, they are always heating or always cooling, and shifting from one to the other to regulate the temp. There is no time when they are just circulating ambient air so it's hard to adjust to being too hot or too cold the entire stay, or you can resort to just blasting the heat and opening a window to moderate the temperature. But that's my biggest complaint other than that it's a fantastic place to stay.

Very nice hotel and a convenient location. Super nice and helpful staff! However, there were quite a few things wrong with our room. Our room door was broken and did not lock. It was eventually fixed. The bathroom door inside the room does not have a lock. Both of the TV’s are crooked. And the balcony door is broken which makes it extremely hard to open or close. The bowling alley was super fun and breakfast is good!

Great experience! Our one bedroom condo was nice, clean with wonderful bathrooms. Ski valet was convenient. Bowling alley was fun. Restaurant on site had limited menu, breakfast was okay. Shuttle to town was very helpful and useful.

Good location, very convenient with the free shuttle service to get to downtown breck that picks up right outside the resort. Covered parking and great amenities! Indoor pools, fitness center, saunas and hot tub, PLUS the outdoor hot tube with Mountain Views was the best! The studio condo we rented had everything we needed and works for a family. Views from the balcony were perfect too! Will definitely be back.

Great location. Staff was hit or miss. I think it's overpriced for the size of the rooms and amenities but the location is amazing and the ski valet and locker rooms are very convenient.

My family of 3 spent a week at One Ski Hill at Breckenridge for my 50th birthday. Let me just say, I expected a great time but I never, ever expected the hospitality, kindness, professional experience as we did there. The living room was such that. Relaxing, comfort, and yet exciting to be surrounded with all the other guest and especially Adam, the bar manager I’m assuming. He’s staff is amazing and provided us with everything we needed and even stuff we just wanted. Very first class. Adam runs a great “living room” atmosphere and can’t wait to get back there again. On the outside, Zak meet us every morning with a smile, and ski info for the day. He greeted us every time when we wanted to come in and took all of our equipment. Stored it away and when we was ready to go back out, there he was again, with a smile and our equipment. Zak made every effort to have our stuff ready and this guy was such a pleasure to See everyday. We will be back and we can’t wait.

Had a blast at One Ski Hill Place! Kids loved the bowling, adults had a great time playing pool, did not have enough time for media rooms, but got a chance to check them out and it looks like a great idea. Definitely will be back to Breckenridge and will stay at this hotel!

Great location and clean room! Those were the good aspects!! Although, many issues from check-in. Unlocked room, broken fridge, and clogged sinks. The bed was so old and used it felt like sleeping on the ground. Couch bed was worse. We had breakfast package….although when we went down on our last day…they had run out of food! Our first night we wanted to get a glass of wine…but we were told only two bottles of wine left due to a wine tasting the earlier. Although, the wine cabinet was full!! Would not got back.

Had a superb stay! The guest service, at check in with Chase and checking out with Andrew, made me feel like I was at home. The cleanliness of my room was impeccable and the views from my patio were unforgettable.

First I want to give a shout to Nate, the ski valet, and Tyler, who was both an excellent bell hop and shuttle driver! Really excellent service from both. The hotel is convenient and the ski in/out was perfect. The rooms were pretty spacious and clean. Housekeeping did a great job during our stay. The only negatives I’ll give about the hotel are that it’s pretty dark inside, and the snow cats woke us up every single night. They were loud, the lights shone in our windows, and they seemed to go all night. I didn’t sleep a full night all week. Our room was on floor 2 and had a terrible view, mostly of the roof line of the building. It was mountainside and the snow grooming was tough to handle at night. Lastly, the restaurant was pretty terrible, so we ate elsewhere.
