Absolutely fantastic experience at this bed and breakfast! Derek was a wonderful host and gave us a very helpful rundown when we first arrived and we felt very comfortable. The rooms are lovely, spacious, and clean. I especially loved the claw foot bathtub! There’s a great little breakfast available (different bars/cereals/fruit/muffins) and there’s also snacks stocked (great cookies and popcorn), water, and lots of coffee, tea, juice, and different creamer types (almond, regular, etc). There’s also a really lovely outdoor area in the back with a hot tub, TV, and fire pit. We really enjoyed this space! Each room is also equipped with a TV with all the streaming services, wifi, plenty of towels, and great amenities for the bathtub like bubble bath/bath salts. There’s also bikes available for guests to use and the home is in a lovely neighborhood less than a 5 minute walk to all the bars/restaurants/shops in town. We even walked to the Glenwood Caverns gondolas from the BnB, and it was a nice 20 min walk. Everything felt very accessable and easy. Check-in/out was very easy and overall everything was very comfortable and convenient. I would 12/10 recommend this to anyone thinking of staying in Glenwood Springs, definitely better than any of the hotel options around!

Quiet, peaceful, relaxing. Has a nice selection of snacks, coffee, tea, and continental breakfast items (dairy free creamer). Bed was very comfortable! Bathroom had extras in case you forgot an item. Movie selection to wind down in evening was great. Restaurants and shopping, within walking distance. Derek was a wonderful host and your historical bed and breakfast was fun and interesting.

Derek and his wife were perfect hosts! Having lived in this house 27 years ago made this even more special to come back as a guest. The house is adorable and so comfy! Bed was super nice. Park your car and walk to everything in town! Stores, restaurants, antiques, hot springs pool. This B&B is a gem and we definitely plan on a return trip. Definitely five stars for us! I found this place online. My girlfriend loved it very cute. We got there early 1pm and the owner totally accommodated us. There's only two rooms here which made it perfect. We had our breakfast and coffee out on the front porch in rocking chairs and that evening we had champagne and snacks by the fire pit in back. I give this place five stars Plus.

10/10 service from the consierge, Whiskey. A very good boy. In all seriousness, the owner is very friendly and kind, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the clawfoot tubs are very nice. Very good atmosphere, and within walking distance of most items in town. Contact the owner directly for better pricing and booking.

I highly recommend this wonderful and historic place. Our host's were wonderful. They made our honeymoon a delight. Thank u so much for the warm hospitality. This would have been a 5 star review. But the neighbors had a slamming gate. Other than that the place and hosts are perfect.

We stayed 11 days here a few years ago and loved it. Hoping to return sometime. The owners will have a massage therapist come to the b&b and we really appreciated that. Close the hot springs. Natural and pools. They even fed us a wonderful homemade dinner one night during our stay. Wonderful people wonderful place.

The host was very friendly and helpful. Called us before we arrived to make sure everything was in order. Room was very comfortable and we made use of the back deck quite a bit. The location is perfect. Close to downtown but far enough to be pretty quiet. I would definitely stay with them again.

Amenities were excellent and host was very welcoming. The home and decor were very unique! We got suggestions from the host about local entertainment and food - which was incredibly helpful! We will definitely be back.

My wife and I had an excellent stay at this BnB. One of the best we’ve stayed at in years. Hospitality was excellent, home is walking distance to downtown, and the home has a historic vibe that we really enjoyed. Even though the home was historic, it was completed with contemporary features like nice air conditioning units, nice tv’s, hot tub, etc. we found the beds to be comfy and the breakfast muffins and cookies delicious. We enjoyed taking the bikes they offered downtown and did some window shopping. Glenwood Springs is a really neat town. Took the gondola up to the top of Iron Mountain and explored two caves. Would recommend this place and we plan to be back.

Multiple hot Springs within walking distance or use some of the bicycles that the owner has. Wonderful place to stay to experience everything that Glenwood Springs has to offer.

Our stay here was excellent! Derek the host was so nice and accommodating! Our room was beautiful, the bed was so comfy, and the bathroom was huge! Derek made sure breakfast was covid safe with breakfast pastries individually wrapped and having K cups instead of a large coffee pot. His amenities were nice with a hot tub, nice deck area, and roku TV. Also, the B&B is close to downtown and near the main attractions such as the adventure park and the hot springs (5 minute drive to each). I can’t wait to come back!

This bed & breakfast is the perfect mix of vintage, Victorian style and modern amenities. The hosts are so kind and thoughtful. Our stay was perfect from check in to check out, and we were able to walk to all of downtown Glenwood Springs, with tons of restaurants and attractions within minutes of the b&b.

It's hard to pick out one thing that stood out from our stay considering that everything about this charming little bed and breakfast was fantastic! Derrick is an absolute gem of a host who wants nothing but the best for his guests. His warm and welcoming personality shows in the accomodations and service. Located within easy walking distance of downtown, we rarely had to get into our car for what we wanted to do. The back patio is a perfect way to relax after a long day checking out what Glenwood springs has to offer - whether you hit up the hot tub or sit down around the fire pit while watching TV, it was a great way for us to decompress before bed! The room and bathroom itself is cozy, with a spacious comfortable bed and large bathroom. The continental breakfast has a nice variety of coffee, tea, orange juice, cereal, muffins, granola bars, fruit, and oatmeal. And to cap it all off, there was great care to the attention to detail of the period piece decor throughout the BnB - even while you enjoy modern day amenities, you're constantly reminded that you're staying in a building over 100 years old where your mind can only imagine just how many people have walked these halls. Thank you, Derrick, for such a comfortable and relaxing stay! We'll be sure to stay here again on our next visit.

We booked this place excited about our stay. A storm came in calling for 70mph winds and 2 feet of snow with icy conditions. We tried calling to reschedule our trip for another day but the owner refused to allow us a rebook. He was rude and did not care what the road conditions were. I guess money means more than a person’s life. Do not book here if you want a rude treatment
