👍 It’s a bit of an odd setup inside. Unfortunately they were sold out of the traditional wings which I wanted to try. However the chicken tenders were good. Food was hot and fresh. Update: went back and they had wings and they were very good. The hot Buffalo sauce was perfect. People often mention wings, chicken,

Went here on the recommendation from a coworker. Ambiance is nonexistent. No vibe whatsoever. Chicken was decent but never got that "WOW factor". Prices are on the high side but not too bad. All in all I won't come back. Nothing there to really make me want to.

The food was great my only complaint was the ranch, I wish they had something better than hidden valley ranch. Other than that I was happy with what I got.

Very tasty! The chicken tender was a little small on the chicken and biscuit, but flavorful. Not much in the way of seating or decor.

I ordered 12 piece traditional wing with no sauce , chicken sandwich and 2 large waffle fries. They gave me my bag and I couldn't believe how light it was. I go out to my SUV and I check my order and I couldn't believe my eyes, the wings were so SMALL, no MEAT whatsoever on any of those wings. My husband is a big guy and I said to myself, how is he going to get full on these wings? I go back inside and show the wings to the cashier(owner), and say to him that I just spent $16.99 on these wings and that I don't think they are worth that price. He wants to take them back and give me something else. Well, my husband only eats wings so that wasn't going to work. So I ask him if I can get some more wings on the house and he says oh no, no. His tune changed though when I said I was going to do a Google review on my experience. So he tells my to wait, he gives me some more wings, are you ready for this 6 more, and I think they looked through them before they fried them because they for sure had absolutely no meat whatsoever! For all you guys and girls out there with big hearty appetites, if you visit Mad Chicken you will be Mad as a ...... ...... !!!!! This was a waste of $40.00 for sure!!!!! Merry Christmas 🤶

Had a number 6...Mad fire. The chicken sandwich reminded me of a Wendy's spicy chicken. In blind taste probably couldn't tell which was which. Still good but can't give five stars for something that was simply copied. Did get mango habenero sauce for fries and that was good. If I came back would get wings with mango habenero sauce.

Food was OK but we can say we've been now. This place is in the old Fuve Guys in Brookfield Square. Was shocked to see that only 3 other places remain in that Food Court. Service was fine, mainly because we were the only people there (another couple came in after us). The ambiance was akin to a prison dining hall. Couldn't wait to get out of there.

Went at 3PM on Sunday. Chicken tenders, fries, and jalapeño poppers. Chicken was luke warm, but dry as though it had sat under a heat lamp when it vame out of the fryer. The jalapeño peppers were cold in the middle. I would have been okay waiting 8 minutes for food to be prepared, knowing I went at an odd hour on a less busy day.
