But instead of correcting the mistake and apologizing, the girl who works at the register treated my husband really badly and looked so bad that I honestly was wondering which owner who values ​​his business would hire an employee who doesn't have the slightest aptitude for to meet. The snack is quite tasty, but due to the terrible service we will never go back there again.

Terrible place with even worse service. My girlfriend and I needed to use the only outlet available to customers. So far so good, except that this socket is arranged in such a way that only those at the counter, in two seats, can use it. At that moment there was an employee occupying one of the seats (there were others empty). Even though we informed our intention, this employee completely ignored us for about 40 minutes while watching her tiktok videos. At one point I even asked her if there weren't other chairs for that counter, to which she replied: "no, just these two", but she still didn't give up the seat. Summary, we had our coffee at separate tables never to return. We do not recommend this place to anyone, travelers or not.

Terrible service, a guy served before me and made the orange juice, when it was my turn he said it wasn't coming out anymore, I asked why, she simply said there was a lot of demand. Really bad service, dirty table, and employees chatting to other people and not answering.
